It really is the worst Starbucks in the city!!!!! it’s possibly the worst Starbucks on the planet!!!!! Watch out, they will try to give you an order with missing items and then when you try to get what you paid for they will ignore you!!!!!!!!!
Elderly person with their gray hair tied back is extremely rude and will not even wish you a nice day or even talk to you!!!!!!!!!!This person has been there for years!!!!Today, was the second time that an employee would rather socialize than do their job!
The elderly person was talking to a coworker instead of handing me my food!This is the only Starbucks in the city that almost never has my online orders ready when I get there. It’s the most poorly run Starbucks in the entire city!!!!!!
If you get the elderly person with the long hair tied back beware because they won’t package your drinks correctly and they will spill all over the place!!!!!!!!!
On two different visits now I have watched employees having personal conversations with each other and hanging out instead of working!They will continue having a conversation instead of handing you your food it’s ridiculous!!!!!!!!!
If you enjoy waiting in the drive-through line for a half hour,then this is the location for you!Also,if I state that I want two items and nothing else that means that I want nothing else,do not ask me if I want anything else after I’ve told you that I do not!!!!!

Read moreI have to say the kids in this store absolutely an amazing bunch of people. They are super friendly, they go out of their way to accommodate everybody, and they remember you. The store manager here is awesome. I've had several conversations with her and she is simply amazing. She treats these kids as if they were her own and she definitely has Superior customer service skills. They have very rarely ever screwed up my order and on the extremely rare occasion that's happened they have immediately corrected it with no problems no frowns no grumbles with a smile on their face and friendly as can be. I told every single morning and I sit and do some work for about 30 minutes to an hour and I've watched the interactions between the baristas and the customers and it is wonderful. My only complaint is that they are getting ready to remodel the store and they are removing all of the seating. That makes me sad because I really enjoy sitting in there every morning even if it's just for a little while but I understand the business reasons for it. On Friday May 20 about 4:20 a Starbucks temporary sign fell onto my black 2016 mercedes GLC causing damage. This happened when I was stationed at their ordering speaker. However the store we inexplicably closed at that time and did not answer my phone call. I called corporate about the incident and have received no resolution eventhough I have provided pictures, statements and estimates. I have been rudely treated by a customer relations specialists named Jacques R.
If you was at this Starbucks on the day in question around 4 pm could you confirm that the store was closed or the there was a waist high temporary sign standing at driving through?
