I'm not a warhammer enthusiast, but I ventured into this store with my oldest son on a whim just to look at paint supplies for our upcoming D&D game. Gabe, the store manager at this location, was beyond helpful! Kind, patient, knowledgeable and funny, Gabe took time out of his day to not just help me understand the nuances of paint and pigments, but he taught me some more advanced techniques and time saving measures to implement as I advance in my craft. I was VERY intimidated by the scale and complexity of GamesWorkshops products and I was nervous the community might scoff at the idea of some dungeon dork loitering about trying to pick up a few painting tips for a hobby unrelated to their core products. I could not have been more wrong! This cat Gabe is a national treasure! I must have mispronounced the names of various paints and techniques 20 or so times, but never once did Gabe stop or correct me, which admittedly, I would have probably done had the scale armor greaves been on the other foot. Even though I have almost zero clue what I am doing, this guy patiently and kindly let me clumsily explore my new passion for paint and made me feel instantly welcomed and valued. I can't wait to go back! Warhammer rolled at natural 20 landing Gabe as their representative. Sure, thier paints might be a buck or two more expensive than other brands I've seen, but it truly is superior product and so long as Gabe's warm personality and wealth of knowledge is at the helm, I doubt I will be able to purchase any other paint products from...

He was friendly enough but not very helpful. We were new to the game and had a lot of questions that went unanswered. I wasnât looking for a full blown tutorial, but rather âhow to get startedâ type stuff.
This is not a cheap hobby and we would have probably spent much more than we did had we been helped. We left with many questions and ended up researching on our own and ordering a lot online (which is a bummer because I would rather support local...
Read moreI went in with my stepson who has physical disabilities and is mobility empared. It has been a very long time since we have gone into a store and been treated with so much respect and kindness with his disabilities. I want to personally thank Gabe for all of his kindness and assistance yesterday. The store is fantastically spacious for ADA compliance, save for the front door but thats a plaza problem not a warhammer problem. Gabe and the people just browsing the store were all very friendly and courteous to us and helped us without so much as a question from either of us. Thank you again, WE WILL DEFINITELY...
