TL;DR Unhelpful staff, will not be returning.
My sister is getting married tomorrow and I was asked to pick up a few last minute items for the bouquet (a pearl spray and baby's breath). When I walked in, there were two employees on the registers, so I decided to look for an employee who wasn't currently busy as I was pressed for time and needed to be in and out, not wondering around the store searching for things I had never seen before. It took me a good 5 minutes to find any. I walked up to two female employees who were chatting and asked, "can you help me find (insert above items)" One of the women pointed to the other and said, "she can probably help you" So I walked up to the other woman and repeated my question. After deliberating for a few moments, she responded with "uh, I'm not sure if we have what you're looking for, but if we do it would be in the floral section." Remember, I did not ask WHERE the items were, I asked if she could help me find them. Frustrated, I perused the section she suggested. After finding an item similar to what I was searching for, I decided to get a second opinion from another employee. I went back to the register where I knew there would be an employee (as I had still not run into any other employees). After the young woman finished ringing up her last customer I asked if she knew if they had any pearl sprays instead of pearl garland (which is what I ended up buying). Again, I got an unhelpful "Uh, I'm not sure, but if we do it would definitely be in jewelry." Exasperated, I grabbed the closest thing to baby's breath and left. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this Hobby Lobby store or any others in this chain. I never realized how much I appreciated that Walmart employee who is willing to go the extra mile to walk you to the aisle of your item of interest until today. Read moreThe pricing is great but the shelves are always so scarce. I've been to the Lawrence location several times in the last month to purchase flowers and grapevine wreaths for centerpieces for my wedding they only had a handful of items available and they have NOT been restocked since my first trip into the store.. Ive been forced to drive 40 miles out of town to the next closest store to get what I needed. To make matters worse the customer service SUCKS.. Ive asked several employees for help in regards to what I was looking for and I usually get a snobbish response usually saying they are too busy to help or they roll their eyes and huff when I ask them to look in the back. I've even had employees tell me that if it's not on the shelf it's not in the back.. this store needs all new employees, better ordering system and to actually stock their departments properly before I'll return.. ill just spend the extra fuel and go...

Boo Hoo...They are a very popular hobby lobby item, and I was wondering if you can order some more from wherever you got them. I'm standing by waiting to hear back from you.
