Culver’s — Restaurant in Lawrence

I truly can not say enough good things about this place , great food , great service, great price. Easily one of the best burgers you will ever eat. The waitress was amazing helped my son color his book on top of waiting on us hand and foot. I know that is her job but she just seemed to go above a beyond. My son spilled his drink on the table and into his French fries and she replaced them free of charge. There was only a 7 minute wait to be seated , the chairs were very comfortable and everything was spaced out perfectly. I would love to give this dining experience ten stars but Google will only let me give 5. It deserves soo much more. I highly recommend this family friendly, kid friendly restaurant to anyone. What a truly amazing dinning experience. My entire family had a blast and I'm sure yours will too. Everything was spot on and very delicious. Very well priced with excellent taste to go with it. If you are unsatisfied with anything they will replace it with zero questions asked. Very easy to locate , it is just off the main road so if you miss it you were not looking for it lol. Not a bad restaurant, just bad employees. We stopped in for lunch and my goodness their organization and respect was horrendous. It was literally a bunch of teenagers who could care less about what you wanted. Standing at the counter trying to order and the girl couldn't even focus on what we were saying. Rather her focus remained on the group of girls next to her talking derogatorily about other customers inside. Took almost 15 minutes to order two sandwiches with sides of chili, we were the only ones ordering. We weren't given items we were charged for, charged twice for actually. Took half an hour for sour cream, which we never even got, said they couldn't find it. The food itself wasn't bad, whoever cooked it did a fantastic job. The workers just set the tone and it was an extremely negative one. Sadly, we'll probably never go back to this location. I hadn't eaten at Culvers in awhile so I didn't really remember that much about it. Well today I did and the service was A+++++ As I arrived I was greeted at the door by the crew supervisor David, he opened the door for me when he saw I was using a cane. He then proceeded to take my order and give me recommendations on the menu, since I hadn't been there in awhile. His customer service was over the top awesome! It made my day to have someone who actually cared about providing professional and friendly service, not acting like it was too difficult as so many have lately.
