I bought a loose diamond from Alexander's back in January. As most people know, the whole experience of getting an engagement ring and anything in that realm can be a very stressful time. Jeff and his team worked closely with me to make sure I was happy and helped to fix a problem I had even though it was a mistake on my part and quite frankly, they didnt have to. Without getting into detail, everything got sorted out extraordinarily quick, given that my situation was time-sensitive. Jeff and his team did a wonderful job with communication and making sure my needs were met and kept me in the loop every step of the way. At the end of the whole process, I could not have been happier with the end result of the diamond I purchased.

I would like to give a special shout out to Rachel. Without Rachel working so diligently with me, I don't believe I would be as happy as I am now. Her priority is to make sure her guests and customers are happy. I am now engaged. My fiancée and I could not be happier with the ring. I wish I had the opportunity to actually experience their supposedly excellent service. unfortunately, the lady there had one of the nastiest attitudes I've ever encountered.

I had a diamond that I was selling, and the young lady who was buying it suggested to meet at Alexander's, so she could have it verified - she even called ahead to ask if that would be ok, and a man said yes, that would be fine.

Anyway, the young lady and her husband got there ahead of me, and when I walked in, the lady from Alexander's immediately turned nasty, saying that she doesn't appreciate me doing business on her premises, etc. I said no problem, we can leave, but other jewelers don't mind verifying the diamond, because this young couple would have used Alexander's to buy a setting and have the diamond set. I understand if she was unwilling to do this, but there's no reason to be rude and have a nasty attitude. Needless to say, l never will step foot inside this store again, nor will I recommend it to anyone who buys a diamond from me. And I deal with many jewelers in the Atlanta area. Not...

I am so grateful to Hayes Leung and the owner of Alexander’s of Atlanta Jewelry Store for going above and beyond to make my Valentines holiday special for me and my family. I had ordered a couple of Fossil watches online and they were supposed to be engraved, when I receive them a couple of days before Valentine’s Day they were not engraved. I desperately looked for a store that could help me get the watches in graved before our family Valentines day dinner. I went to Alexander’s in Lawrenceville and requested immediate help. I needed the watches to be engraved in 48 hours. Typically It can take anywhere from 3 to 7 days to get a watch engraved. Hayes took the time to explain my situation to the owner of the store who had just dropped by for a few moments. He heard my request and decided to engrave the watches that day.
