Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Lawton

Your staff at the location on Cache Road in Lawton are extremely unprofessional. They work with zero urgency. The guy working the drive thru rudely told me to put a mask on when he ignored me and saw me twice at the register for delivery. I got a mask on and even though my delivery order was placed BEFORE the drive thru customers and yet they were getting food first. I asked him, after waiting over 10 minutes, nicely to put gloves on when touching and bagging food. I'm sorry I'm looking out for the safety of our military who is MY customer. He became excruciatingly belligerent and told me he works with money so he would have to change his gloves too frequently. He told me I could leave because he works with money and his manager was right there who also was excruciatingly rude. In this ten plus minutes I did NOT see the employee wash his hands once and touching food containers after handling money. I did leave and canceled the order which cost me money. I will file a complaint with Uber about this restaurant as the employees main issue is that I wanted the military member's food treated with clean hands which he refused to do. Who knows how many bacteria are on his hands from touching money and not washing his hands. DEPLORABLE...

This was my first time being at a Jack in Box. I had no idea what the menu had, I went through the drive-thru ( I'm sorry) & I ordered a plain hamburger & fries, they asked me if I wanted curly or straight, I had never had them so I asked what was popular & they said curly, & then I saw they had miniature tacos on their menu! And a boba tea. It was inexpensive, the hamburger was pretty good for fast food, I think next time I will try the straight French fries, the boba tea was terrible, I don't know if they need to cook the boba pearls longer so it's not crunchy but those mini tacos.... Those dang mini tacos.... I didn't know what I was missing. I know that anytime I seen a Jack in The box I will throw my whip in reverse to get some of those mini tacos. The server was patient I really had no idea what was on the menu, I said a lot of ums & hooing & ha-ing, & the server just took their time, said it was okay, I didn't even explain it was my first time they were just that polite. Now for the atmosphere: if you are in the drive-thru; lock. your. doors. This area seems very unsafe. They whole main drag looked so dilapidated & dingy. I will 100% tango w/some mini tacos again, Jack in the Box, you got a new fan! Just not...

Sat in line for 18 minutes before I even got to the speaker. When I get to the speaker they are all out of chicken, Teriyaki bowls, and all kinds of other food on the menu. The person on the speaker listed at least 10 different items that were not available. At this point I wanted to leave but, do to the poor construction of this drive through I could not even pull away from the speaker. So here I still sit in line as of this moment going on almost 30 minutes because they don't want to pull people forward so that other people can get out of line. I know the car in front of me did the same thing in the car behind me is done the same thing. We all want to leave but due to the concrete drive we can't get out. The car with the actual order had two kids meals and a small bag come of of the window and that was in.... Are you kidding me. 45mins in this line and that's all that came out. Jack in the box you should hang your head low, at the shameful service of this store! I love Jack in the box. I have eaten at many of them across the USA and I have never seen such disorder. I hope this location can turn itself around. I plan to return in a few days and see if they got their act together. Maybe I can write a positive...
