What an eyesore. Would not recommend. Updating as we were able to see most of the inside. The inside reminds me of a nice new bank in the Midwest, from the 40s; very old art-deco feel; not ugly but also not beautiful. Lots of waiting areas....only one area for 'instruction' that felt like an actual chapel. Asked if that was where services were held and told any questions can be answered outside. There was no one outside that could answer. The whole time I felt like I was inside a communist country as at every corner or turn there was someone watching me. My wife had to use the restroom and while I was waiting outside I was asked twice if I was lost or needed help. This did NOT feel like an open house, it was a semi-unguided tour that forced you to go where they wanted you to. Also asked about the two basement levels that you could see stairs going to on the West end inside. Was told that was mechanical/maintenance areas. TWO floors of mechanical rooms? Also no photos allowed; again, why? The only religious place I can recall not allowing photos is the Sistine Chapel. And I swear that was because of light possibly damaging the amazing artwork. If you're not a member of the Mormon church, I do suggest you visit while you can. Hopefully you'll get a little more insight into the very different ceremonies and customs that are followed in...

A wonderful experience to have. Especially if you don't know much about the community of the Church of Jesus Christ of Ladder-Day Saints. The workers there are very kind, considerate, and willing to answer any questions you might have. They even help you, and PUT YOUR SHOE COVERS ON & OFF FOR YOU! Everyone in the family can take this opportunity to walk through a temple that is the most sacred place on earth. It is before the building process is finished, this is why it is open to the public.

Everyone can see the most beautiful art, decorations, and spiritual feelings that can aid in helping find direction in life. Answer deeply personal questions about oneself and the Gospel of Jesus Christ. There is also the opportunity to learn more about the LDS people and their history. They settled in Utah and this structure is one of the many temples being built all across the world! Who knows, the experience may hold unexpected and special personal experiences that one could cherish...
