We ordered a white hot chocolate and got a white mocha instead. We didn't get to drink it till we had gotten home and relaxed a little bit. I called in and the batista who made it remembered me and admitted that he had made the mistake. He took my name down on a post it so I could come back for a refund the next day. Came back the next day and apparently to post it with my name had disappeared but one of the EE does remember seeing it. They informed that they could not do a refund and I had to go thru customer service for that, the best they could do was remake the drink.
