Starbucks — Restaurant in Layton

We ordered a white hot chocolate and got a white mocha instead. We didn't get to drink it till we had gotten home and relaxed a little bit. I called in and the batista who made it remembered me and admitted that he had made the mistake. He took my name down on a post it so I could come back for a refund the next day. Came back the next day and apparently to post it with my name had disappeared but one of the EE does remember seeing it. They informed that they could not do a refund and I had to go thru customer service for that, the best they could do was remake the drink. I asked what they had for chai tea and he said they only had chai matcha. Confusing because I was looking at the menu and it had spiced chai or latte and matcha. So I pointed that out and ordered the spiced chai latte and when we got in the car it was a large but only half full and a quarter of that was foam? So we were really disappointed since the total was $23 for 2 chai teas and 2 small kids hot chocolate. Saturday, May 4 at 9AM: Two female baristas working this morning. I stood at the counter waiting to order. After a while, I maybe got a few blank looks.
