It was a hot day, but the owner had tables and chairs set up under a canopy and shaded trees. We were looking for a place with good tacos after failing at other establishments. The reviews were really good, so we decided to give them a try. We were not disappointed. My husband had the birria tacos and I ordered the carne asada burrito. stopped at Smiths to get gas and they had a large Tamales sign. My wife told me we should try some tamales. I am very hesitant with food trucks in general and hard to find great tamales. I ended up getting 10 with two free split with the red and green. They gave me some red and green sauce. Tamales are excellent!!!! Green sauce is great not too much spice. Absolutely incredible tacos! This taco truck is a hidden gem—everything is made fresh, packed with flavor, and served with a smile. I tried the carne asada and al pastor tacos, and both were hands-down some of the best I’ve ever had. The salsa has just the right kick, and the tortillas are soft and warm every time.
