I've had two wonderful expirences with A and M.

My first experience was in August of 2024. My refrigerator had died and I was without for a refrigerator for weeks, with three young children. My grandmother worked with them and I was delivered a beautiful refrigerator.

My existing refrigerator was hauled away and the new one was installed. The new refrigerator had some issues with freezing and proper cooling, and in spite of very pressing issues within the company with their family, they still prioritized repairs for my family. When the repairs proved not to be a definitive solution, they replaced it promptly with an upgraded model for free.

Absolutely wonderful and personable customer service. The delivery team was phenomenal. They were quick and efficient. They were respectful of my home and even assisted with removing a baby gate.

My second experience was this previous week. My dryer had gone out and I was in desperate need of a new set. I went in person to A and M and I was greeted immediately with a smile.

I was shown many products that fit my budget and were what my family needed. I'm completely satisfied with my second delivery expirence and that the same delivery team remembered my home and even offered to assit with the baby gate again!!

My appliances work amazingly and I cannot recommend...

These guys are awesome! We have a fridge from them from almost five years ago that still works great! We recently bought a dryer from them after ours quit. It worked well then stopped heating up. We were still in our warranty period, so this awesome guy came out and fixed it in like 10ish minutes! I was in awe after all the run around we had with Lowes and our last dryer. The new to us dryer has been running great ever since he swapped out a part. It's so refreshing to have people actually do what they say. We are so happy with these guys!...

I did the shopping for a used washer and dryer for a newlywed couple three weeks ago. After checking out several shops and private listings, I felt A&M would be the right place with the most integrity. The appliances were much cleaner than other shops and Jessica was very knowledgeable about their condition. To date, the couple has used the machines 5 times and are quite satisfied.
