Kings Homestead — Local services in Leacock Township

WOW what happened to this place? Haven't been here since COVID... awful!! NOTHING like what it was! All kinds of new stuff, looks like plastic wood?? Where are all of the awesome pictures, and crafts, and traditional Amish wood furniture?? Sooo disappointed. Went with family looking for an entertainment center to match a piece that we bought a couple years ago...they had NOTHING.. did covid have this much of an effect on this place? Makes you wonder...was that wood furniture actually made in PA or was it imported on the boats that are backed up on the west coast????? Or is it new owners? What is...

My constant experience over the years at Kings Homestead has always been excellent! Their kindness and care is always very evident whether I am shopping alone..or with one of my daughters...or with a boat load of grand kids! They make us all feel welcome! Their products are extremely nice and hold up well over the years! If my husband wants to lavish me with a special birthday 🎂 or anniversary gift he know exactly where to...

I shopped here a decade ago and the items were so much nicer. They had beautiful Wrought iron pieces outside and most of the furniture and crafts were made in America. Now almost everything was made in China and resin to look like wood.

It's unfortunate that the shoppers aren't able to see the beautiful rustic store that it used to be.

Did the souvenir shops in town buy most of the same items...
