If I could give this place 10/10, I would definitely right away. Me and my family went on a cross country road trip, this past December 2023 from California to Pennsylvania and we stopped at this store there at Intercourse, Pa . They had lovely selection of gifts and home decor. I picked up this amazing smelling soap. And don’t sleep on there candles they smell amazing. My father purchased a flame less candle. He did not open it until this month of May 2024. And upon opening it he realized it did not have the cap where the battery goes to connect the two batteries for when it closes to turn it on. I emailed them and explained what had happened. Missy Hurst went above and beyond, she sent me a new candle the same as the one I had purchased. This old barn has everything a shopper would wish for a unforgettable experience. I'm regretting of not taking photos there because somehow the photos shown on google search are not expressing what a great environment it's built in. With sparkling fairy lights and wood garland crawling all over the ceiling, little magical critters sitting on shelves, seasonal produce setting the tone, scented candles emitting familiar fragrance - a fantastic forest emerges around its visitors. I will never purchase village candles ever again. I bought two tropical getaway 3 wick candle bowls and both were dried out and defective. They would not stay lit.The store would not help me because I tried to use them. And when I contacted the company themselves they said it was on the store to replace. I explained to them I already contacted the store and they will not help. I have been a loyal customer for years ,as I have one in every room of my house.
