Becky Pinion is a terrible business owner and landlord. DO NOT DEAL WITH HER OR HER WIG BUSINESS. Her office girl Deborah who runs register is extremely rude and yells at Becky tenants. Becky herself is a slum lord queen. Evicting my family so she can fix the problems we brought to her attention in out stat here and raise the rent 500 dollars more. Most of her properties while visually appealing, are structurally unsound. Cracked foundations whole sections of roof have fallen in and she took months to fix it. Blacl mold runs rampant in every underlaying corner of the house. Faulty wiring has nearly caught our place on fire twice. Her property manager is some gentleman shes dating who doesnt do anything in the Way of repairs like she said. He aimply exists to come to your door and flex and muscle and threaten violencr behind rent. Please please please reconsider supporting this woman!!! Never ever will i deal with her again!!!!...

I called at 4:00 to make sure that they were not closing early because it was Friday. The lady was very rude on the phone saying that they closed at 5 no matter what. I was down the street so I knew that I could get in and look at their selection before then. I called again when I couldn't find the location due to the address being incorrect on google. She informed me again that they would be closing at 5. Okay, I got that the first time. When I arrived I asked about human hair. They have none. She then informed me that I could not try on any hair after 4. Again she was very rude and I wished that she had said something on the phone before I drove over. It sounded like she just wanted to be out of there and didn't want my business. Probably the most rude experience I've ever had at any private business. You'd think that if you were in the business of selling hair you wouldn't shoo someone out of your store because you want to...

I went to Becky’s September 13th, 2022. My husband and daughter came with me due to me being in a wheelchair. I have brain tumors which could not be removed. After 36 radiation treatments my hair fell out and will never grow back. I was very depressed and ordered a couple of wigs online. The wigs came in but never looked liked the pictures. I decided to look for wig shops that I could actually see how the wig would look on me. The closest one to me was Becky’s which was one and half hours from our area. I’m glad we went. We were greeted at the door with a smile. The saleswoman took her time with me. She asked what style and color I was interested in. Within a minute or two she brought wigs for me to try on. After being there an hour or so I narrowed it down to three wigs. It was hard to choose just one. I ended up buying all three😀
