Great experience, we came in for a refrigerator and they listened to our wants and needs. Not at all did we feel like they were trying to upsale us or just make a sale. Everything was on the level and we walked out feeling really good about our purchase. I would highly recommend coming here for any appliance purchase. They had a wide variety of anything you'd be looking for and even though its discounted its all upfront of why it would be discounted i.e. dents/scratches etc...nothing malfunction wise unless clearly marked. Kind and courteous salesmanship, you can't go wrong getting your new appliance from here.

As for delivery, I can not speak for that service as we've chosen to pickup on our own. And that was also a helpful experience because they did not make us feel pressured to use their services although I do feel that was also reasonably priced. All in...

Went and purchased a refrigerator for the new house. The prices were significantly lower here and they also had some scratch and dent items for really cheap whi h was nice to see. After several days of hitting the bigger chain retail stores, it was a definitely a breath of fresh air going in to purchase a decent fridge and not seeing everything with $2000-$4000+ price tags with a 1 to 2 week wait for deliverysince nothing is stocked. Owner and his guys were really nice and bent over backwards to accommodate. They seemed willing to haggle as well and would be willing to do whatever they need to do to make the sale. Purchased a large Electrolux fridge-freezer, with a modest dent on the side, for less than half the list price. Great selection. Very friendly & informed staff. What really impressed me was the delivery and haul off of the old fridge. They’re not really a delivery / haul off service, but they were very flexible, very patient and did a great job given a set of difficult circumstances (about 20 miles from the store, second floor dwelling with narrow outdoor stairs, small internal elevator). It took two trips and probably 7 or 8 man-hours, for a very modest charge. Delighted with the fridge - freezer. Would buy appliances there again, and thoroughly...
