Sawasdee Thai Massage — Local services in League City

Hello all! I am literally in the parking lot of Sawasdee Thai Massage, making sure to leave a review for Miss Patty, because this is my second time here, and it was even better than the first!! The first time I came was about one month ago, and it had been awhile since I'd received any body work... needless to say, I left feeling brand new and ready to get back to work! I'm a bartender and server spending atleast 8 hours on my feet 5-7 days a week... Miss Patty asked me both times how I was feeling and what my problem areas were if any. The best part is that those are the first areas that she gets to work on! She definitely gave extra extra attention and care to the parts of my body that were in pain or tense. I felt soooo relaxed today!! I'm literally floating right now, no exaggeration! If you've never had a thai massage, from my experience i would say they are a bit more rough in some areas that may be sensitive.... for me it's the calves that are a little uncomfortable, but it is extremely healing body work and massage, and the minute or 2 of discomfort is 100% worth the feeling of euphoria by the end!!! I highly recommend Miss Patty at Sawasdee Thai Massage in League City, Texas! Also the results last for a really good amount of time imo! I just had a really rough couple of weeks at work, plus celebrating my bday (treating myself lol) but there weren't many knots to work out bc she did last time! Thank you, Patty!! My wife and I had a couples massage this morning. I brought her here for her birthday. My massage was phenomenal and I was extremely pleased with it. My wife, however, was not pleased.

When the therapist walked in the room, she chose to treat my wife rather than me (though the other therapist had already started asking about massage intensity which means that my wife's massage had already started). There was a switch and the lady proceeded to spend approximately 75 of the 90 minutes working on my wife's legs. My wife had to request that her back my worked on. The therapist never touched her head and never touched my wife's neck. The area that my wife needed massaged was primarily her back and that was the furthest from where the therapist was interested in massaging. My wife felt as though the therapist seemed inconvenienced by giving a massage. It seemed as though she did not want to put forth any effort to give a decent massage which is evident by her not wanting to do my massage. It seemed as though she wanted to just do the easy one and be done with it.

Great place and great massage! Patty was my masseuse. She was pleasant to talk with, and she was awesome at locating the knots and tightness in my back, shoulders, and calls. My right forearm was driv8ng me crazy for several weeks. Every time I picked up anything with any real weight to it, my forearm would tighten up and hurt. The pain was noticeably reduced that evening. Besides her accuracy in locating the trouble spots, she also surprised me at how firm of pressure she was able to apply when needed. At other spas I have had smaller masseuses before who couldn't apply firm enough pressure to work out the tightness in my muscles. No problem for Patty. Definitely going back to this place! Love the hours of availability as well.
