I decided to treat myself to Starbucks this morning and arrived about 7:10. I went inside where there were two other parties in line to order and just a couple of cars in the drive thru. The guy in front of me doesn’t order a drink but instead wants an entire pack of gift cards, I think it was 50, all scanned individually. Well that took a while, I was patient and wishing I was on the receiving end. I was a little surprised the girl didn’t say sorry for the wait or thanks for being patient. Finally, my turn, I order my drink and egg bites. I am now the only person in the store with 6 employees. For 10 minutes I watched them make several mobile orders that just sat, and watched car after car leave the drive thru. Finally I asked where my drink was in the line because I was the only one in the store and have watched many cars leave the window and mobile orders get stacked up. I don’t know where I was in that line but they did move me up. This is not the first time this has happened to me. I don’t go often because honestly I enjoy the coffee I make at home more, just wanted a fancy coffee treat. Read moreWe used to live by this one so we would go weekly for years, the last year of living by it, it started going downhill. We moved but my daughter still goes to school right here- we just ordered probably from the last time ever here. This Starbucks is the MOST INCONSISTENT with their product AND service. The last couple months I’ve never seen one employee be the same except the older Hispanic lady (personally only good person working if you ask me). Im being given unstirred drinks, every single time I order toppings, drizzle or cold foam I have to hand it back and tell them they’re forgetting about 3 things that I PAID for. It’s ridiculous to be charged for all the things and be handed a drink with nothing I paid for on it. The employees at this location are either extremely lazy or the employee overturn rate is ridiculous that it’s always new employees that never get trained properly; I really don’t know. Could just be the gm of this store sucks and it’s going down the line of everyone sucking. Read moreI rarely come here because the customer service is horrible. This morning I order two drinks and two different breakfast items. As everyone knows Starbucks isn't cheap so we expect to get quality items. After ordering, I pulled up to the window where my iced drinks sat at the counter for 3 minutes while ROSE chatted with her coworkers. She finally opened the window handed me the now watered down iced coffee drink. Handed me the oatmeal ordered with only the dried fruit and brown sugar. Lastly handed me the bagel which was almost burnt. I asked if I could get blue berries (which my oatmeal was already supposed to have). I am assuming it was too much effort for the other works to open the box of fresh blueberries because when I saw the girl cutting open the box she threw the blue berries at ROSE and then ROSE proceeded to hand them to me and roll her eyes, as if it was an issue I was asking for blueberries for my blueberry oatmeal that I ordered which cost almost $5.00.
