First of all… I HATE TACO BELL!!! I won’t step a foot in one EVER again after today.
But I have to share the lovely experience I just had at their location on 518 and 45.
My son’s wanted it (I don’t eat it because I get sick every single time I’ve had it). So we walk in, the place is COMPLETELY EMPTY… not one person inside. We stand in front of the cash register for about 5 mins, my boys already knew what they wanted, but for some weird reason… all three employees there, just stared at us… they weren’t busy… it’s not like they had a line around the block waiting for food, THEY JUST STOOD THERE!
So after an awkward wait, I asked the guy standing by the window if we could place an order, and he proceeded to tell me… “can you please place your order on the kiosk?” I looked at him as if he was speaking giberish… I said… “excuse me?!?! I can’t place an order right here at the cash register?” And he said, “no… we can’t take your order, you have to place your order on the kiosk…”
If it wasn’t becasue my son’s wanted it, I seriously would have walked right out the door… but I said fine… and walked to the kiosk.
As we’re trying to figure everything out. Another guy walks over and says, “I can help you place your order on the kiosk… we just can’t take your order at the register…”
AGAIN…
I looked at this man as if, “are you serious, right now?!?!” But I said, “don’t worry about it… this just shows how lazy Taco Bell has become…” and he said, “we’re just doing as we’re told…”
Again, please keep in mind, there was NOT ONE PERSON in this place… NOBODY!!!
And please understand… I know we’ve gotten to a society where you have to self checkout at every grocery store and human interaction is less and less every day… but I mean COME ON… I can’t place an order for nachos and tacos, by actually speaking to a person anymore… 🙄

I have had missing food multiple times, in which I usually let it go and the time I did go back up there to get it corrected... the night time manager was super rude about it. She kept saying it was all in there and that nothing was missing when they originally gave it to me. Another time I was ordering a Mexican pizza which was on the menu and the girl on the intercom said they were out. Which is fine but I knew they were about to be discontinued so I had replied I thought they were not discontinued until the following month. The same night time manager cut in and rudely said we are all out of them sorry! That time I got really upset and had canceled my whole order and drove to a different location. A third incident same night time manager was very unprofessional and hollering at all her employees right in front of me. Last, issue we have been having is the sauce. We always ask for extra sauce and the same night time manager will never give us any extra sauce and usually holds out on even giving us at least one packet per item. When I asked her can I please get extra sauce.. she replied it’s already in the bag. I asked again because I always have issues with this same manager never giving us sauce and again she replied rudely it’s already in the bag, everything is in the bag.
I am so fed up with this particular location that I will not go back there until they retrain there night time management in customer service as well as professionalism. I hope she gets retrain and becomes better as a manager in the future. I will just have to skip Taco Bell or drive to a...
Read moreOn 5/23/22 At 11am I took my lunch and went to this Taco Bell location. Upon arriving they had no one working the front counter and was directed to use the Kiosk to place my order. After waiting over 15 mins someone noticed that non of the counter orders were being transferred to the side of the kitchen that was making orders. After 25 mins the lady making the food came and told me that what I had ordered was out of stock. I requested a refund since I had to return to work and they still had not even started making my order. They went and got some guy from the back who said he was the GM for the location but he was in shorts and a Tshirt and not in uniform and he came to talk to me and did not even know my order was from that day and directed a lady to do my refund and she did but she short changed me and gave me back $13.08 instead of what I paid $14.38. I then again had to wait for them to get my remaining $1.30 in change. So after waiting 45 minutes I left without any food. Avoid this...
