I’ve seen the business around for a bit as I stroll through my activities but I never took time to stop in. Fast forward to August of 23 andI start at a new campus and notice one of my students always has nice watches and we engage. I always told him I’d come in and finally when time permits I do abd it’s going to be a lasting relationship. Since my teenage years, I have dealt with the same jewelry store that my family and I were very comfortable with, and when the owners told me they were retiring, I must admit I was kind of shook because I trust them with my Watches and other jewelry items. I have been searching for a spot for sometime so one afternoon I gathered about five watches of mine that needed batteries and minor repair and I drop them off a few days later. I picked them up and I now have all of my watches functional, polished and aesthetically looking as I desire. While shopping, I was looking at some higher in watches that I’m not ready for but just looking and I noticed a watch from a brand that I least expected to have watches. I kept seeing these Glock cases and I was just like maybe they love their guns and just keep the cases and a display, but they make automatic watches. I tried a few on and looked at them and I saw two that I really liked, but I am a research based person and I like to read up and look at quality of items research and I ended up making a purchase on a watch that I really like and the two times that I have worn it , everyone asked about it. Prior to that I also bought a Tissot Visodate Watch with a mesh band That has actually become my number two watch. Within a month and a half. I have made three transactions from the watch dude and I am thoroughly impressed with the quality, customer service, and availability of items. I plan to continue this relationship and I feel comfortable knowing that I have a direct connection within the store, as far as communication and expectation goes. I will definitely share their business with my friends and family as we all like to get one place that we use and stick with them. The staff that I met there in person seems very genuine and from looking at their social media, it’s a family atmosphere and that’s what I like . Great job! The gift in the curse is I sold all of my watches that I really didn’t wear much or they didn’t fit my style anymore but most of the watches I like expensive but they are investments!!! This could be dangerous, but I’m...
Read moreI got ripped off!! I’m assuming it’s the owner, the man he’s very rude zero customer service. Charged me $135 to replace three batteries two of those watches were $12 Walmart watches and 1 was a G shock! I said “$135.00 To change three watch batteries ”? He said well yeah you have three G-Shock watches and they have two batteries each I said no there’s just one G-Shock watch these other two are $12 Walmart watches. I leave very peacefully but irritated. I called back there today because I looked at my G-Shock watch and it only takes one battery So he lied to me And charged me for three G-Shock watches and six batteries! I called up there today. Ask them how much do they charge to replace a battery in a watch I was told by a female $22 plus tax for each watch. If you have more than one watch we give you a discount if you pay with cash, we give you a discount. Read moreMy initial visit was fine.I was greeted and offered many deals on jewelry and watch appraisals... I brought my watch's in to be appraised and the owner immediately started explain that I only had a certain amount worth of watches. And some of them weren't worth appraising even though I had recently had that particular watch appraised for approximately $3800.00 which was a taghuer that he refused to even look at because it was a taghuer .. perhaps he isn't a tag huer fan however that isn't the point... He clearly did not want to honor prices... His assessment of my watches was clearly unprofessional, and and extremely rude... he didn't even look at them and told the girl to explain to me.They were probably only worth a couple of hundred dollars... These watches. Were given to me by a close relative... all I can tell you is.Do not go to this place.. The owner is extremely rude unprofessional.. never. Will I recommend...
