But they also have protein meal replacement shakes as well as protein snacks. Any flavors you can think of for your teas or shakes. And you can always request a certain flavor combo! The store is a good size with room to sit and chill as well as browse the cute mini shops they've sponsored including a girl that makes items to sell for children's mercy donations. Love the cute fall decor and this place is one of my fav stops to grab something before work or just when I'm out and about.

Got a Jamoca Pretzel Shake here and was quite disappointed. I’m not sure if the shakes are supposed to to be really grainy from the powder used but it’s not something I prefer.
