I already gave them one star, but my wife said I needed to rewrite it.
I called them two and a half weeks ago with a question. I explained the situation to them and was told that they would look into it and call me back. It was a very pleasant conversation. I waited a week and hadn't heard back, so I called again. Again, I was told that they would double-check and get back to me. I waited another few days and called again. I told them I understood the situation and simply wanted to know if they could help me so that I could investigate alternative options. It was a yes or no question. Instead of answering the question, the gentleman on the phone proceeded to tell me that he would know if I was lying to him. Like he was my step dad or something. First off, we are both adults. It was a simple yes or no question. If you thought I was trying to pull a fast one on you, just say no and go about your life.
When you changed the price of the part I ordered the last time I needed something I didn't call you a liar. I paid the new higher price and went on with my life.

Read moreLocal private owned business. Their prices compete with big box stores, but they have actusl knowledge of the appliances and their pros and cons of each. Very knowledgeable and helpful. The employees were easy to talk to and no sales pressure. Gave insight on the appliances and allow you time with no pressure to make a decision on what is best for you . Plus they delivered new and removed old appliance. Awesome company to deal with. Much better than buying experiences with companies like Home depot, Nebraska Furniture...
