NOT recommend this place at all. Owner seems disorganized. Poor communications, poor customer service. Hours not posted correctly on all the doors. Showed up two times during open hours-no one there and nothing posted on the door.

After following her requested process, she finally provided me with a revised quote which still didn't have the correct fabric for the chairs. Lastly, after all the time I spent trying to plan my projects, the owner emailed me and said since I wasn't using Blooming for the upholstery work (only buying fabric from her) that I should get my fabric through whomever will do the work...for warranty purposes. This had never been mentioned. Never an actual phone call, apology for any misunderstanding...just dropped me...offered no other referral.

Bottom line, she quoted 4 times the cost to upholster..just for the labor. She also quoted way more fabric than two other places had quoted. Shop around people! The single worst retail experience ever. I ordered custom drapes which ended up ,after 6 different measures , being 6” too short and the owner refused to address. She would not even answer a text or phone call.The judge in small claims court ruled in my favor and they were finally remade. Buyers beware! A year and over $5,000.00...
