I've been spending money at this place for years, but that stops today! My family ordered over 50 dollars worth of food and had it delivered from the restaurant after a long and exhausting day. They didn't put everything in the order that we ordered. After signing the receipt and leaving a significant tip, we realized soon after that part of our order was missing. We called the restaurant immediately, and let them know- they assured us that the driver would bring the food right back so we waited for the driver. When we realized that they weren't bringing the food back, the remaining food was cool. We called the following morning asking that explaining the situation. An employee told us to call after 5 to speak to the supervisor. When we called at 5:00 pm they refused to allow us to speak to the supervisor. We explained the situation, then decided to drive there to resolve the issue. We called at 5 they wouldn't put a supervisor on the phone. They initially argued with us and told us that driver did bring the order back. After realizing that it wasn't us, but another customer that received the wrong order, they were still unapologetic. After arguing with them, expecting just decent customer service and not receiving it, we asked for a refund...and for the tip that we'd given the driver. If anyone was aware of who the owner is of this place please let me know I can't imagine they would approve of the customer...
Read moreOn their online menu they have shrimp spring roll or Vietnamese spring roll. It never specifies whether it is fried or not and I assumed because a spring roll isn’t fried but a egg roll is that I was going to get a regular spring roll with shrimp. What came in my delivery was an eggroll and when I called to see if I can get a refund for just the eggroll because they made the mistake of writing in the wrong item on the menu they told me I was wrong because I should’ve called before hand and made sure that what they had online was what the item I had in mind was which was the shrimp spring roll as it said shrimp spring rolls. The lady then told me to call the delivery service that told me to call them for a refund and tell them that I’m wrong and see if they can help me with my mistake. I also ordered lo mein and it tasted like nothing. I asked for utensils and received none. Lady who answered my call please work on your customer service.
We also talked about how their menu online is different from the actual menu and I did a little snooping on the reviews and there was a picture of their paper menu and it says eggroll, shrimp spring roll , Vietnamese spring roll so from a customers point of you I would also just assume that what I’m getting is just a spring roll that comes with shrimp not an eggroll...

This place gets 2 stars, only because the food was good and was REMADE very quickly; The customer service, not so good. I ordered over the phone and spoke to a trainee, I wanted egg fried rice and broccoli, ( they don’t have egg fried rice). I explained what I wanted, the manger lady got on the phone, confirmed my order and hung up the phone; I didn’t get a price or a wait time. I got there, checked my food, it was wrong ( veggie fried rice, add broccoli) and before I could say “hey this is wrong” The “manger” wanted to ague with me, and didn’t want to hear what I had to say. After she finished talking at me, I calmly said shrimp fried rice, no shrimp add broccoli; trying to simplify things, she corrected me and remade my food. Why the attitude?
