Chico's — Local services in Leawood

I have been purchasing clothing from Chico's for several years now and have been very pleased with the items I have bought. However, when I visited this store in Leawood, KS on November 15th, 2016, I was very disappointed in the lack of service from the sales clerks. From the time I entered the store, I was ignored. When I asked where to find the Zenergy line of clothing a clerk simply pointed and said she was busy with another customer. I understand that. When I asked for a specific item within the Zenergy line, two clerks said they had not heard of it and walked away. I decided they were not interested in my business so I left. I go to this store about twice a moth, and have always found all of the employees to be friendly and very helpful in every way. If I haven't been able to find what I need in my size they always offer to check the back area for me and if they don't have it there they always offer to special order it for me. They are polite and helpful without hovering over me or being pushy, trying to push merchandise that I'm not interested in. I always love going into this store for these reasons. I shopped at this Chicos just prior to closing on Sunday - August 21, 2016. I found two nice items to purchase, but the elderly woman at the cash register was so rude and eager to close up shop, that I put the most expensive item back and just purchased one.
