LOFT — Local services in Leawood

I was in the store to return something and of course to purchase something. You can't go in Loft and not buy something, right? The person at the register was so rude. I think she may have been the manager but not sure. She was not welcoming, helpful or even a bit friendly. The associate who helped me in the fitting room was the exact opposite, very friendly. I found a couple of things and went to check out. I was told was over 30 days so couldn't return for full price. I then said I didn't know when they were open. She snapped back that they had been open since the first of May. She then told me was not able to return it at all.. I don't know if she didn't want return on her store even though I purchased more then I was needing to return. I was trying to take the high road and not match her attitude. My husband noticed a sign that said would get additional 15 percent if used my Rewards Card. There was a reason I couldn't do that too even though I used my card. We asked about military discount, she said no they didn't do that. I was at the Loft Outlet last week at the Legends. Totally different experience. So nice and personable. They did honor a military discount. Returned my item, even though was over 30 days, and helped me order online since didn't have items in the store in my size. I guess Loft Outlet will get my business from now on. Wont be returning to this store...

I don’t even like giving this store 1 star. It’s horrible!! Worst customer service, no one helps you, no one is around, only one cashier with a long line and very unfriendly staff. Never been inside any LOFT store ever before and my first experience was beyond GREAT!! Every worker was friendly and welcoming from the time I entered the door. Not only did they set up a dressing room for me, they assisted me with finding occasional pants in the back and even helped me order additional pants styles online.
