At the first of the year I ordered a washer and dryer and tvs, they told me if I ever got to where I couldn't make a payment let thm know and they would work with me, well they worked with me alright, when they came an picked up the items, a few weeks ago I got a letter in the mail stating I could do a new contract, and so I did, last Sunday I ordered a washer and dryer again though that 1.00 deal they had going on, I can track th order through my email and the washer and dryer has been pending delivery since the 6th, that means it's at the store waiting to be delivered, I called to ask about it and they said it wasn't thier so I called customer service and they told me that it's at th store waiting to be delivered, I have already spoken to 4 customer service reps, and none of them has tried to do anything about it, I think th store is just giving me the run around and don want to deal with me. I am also disabled and legally blind and that's why I placed the ordered on line, I don't live by myself I have someone that takes care of things like cooking and washing cloths, it's hard to do without a washer or dryer, so here's the deal they have til next Friday to deliver everything I ordered and that's it. I think it's discrimination against people with disabilities and if i dont get results i will be reporting this to someone besides arrons. And to whom it may concern, when you place an online order the email says that as soon as your order arrives at the store they will call you to set up a delivery date, well my order has been at the lebanon store since Tuesday the 6th at like 839 am and I still haven't received a call, in fact I called them and they said the order was canceled. Read moreAfter a month of dealing with nightmare customer service for our whirlpool washer from Lowe's (issue was not with Lowe's, but with Whirlpool itself), we went to Aaron's in hope of finding a good washer with a good payment plan. We spoke with I think Tod or Tom, it was a T name but I can't remember for sure. He ordered us a brand new washer and set up delivery. He helped us find a washer that is better than the one we had, had reasonable payments, and assured us if something happens to the washer he will repair it and bring a different one to use for the time being. The washer was delivered the following week and delivered early! I was originally told between 9-1, then between 10-2, and the delivery driver (I did not catch his name, unfortunately) arrived a little after 9:50, got the washer into the house, unhooked the old one and hooked up the new one and made sure it worked and the water was running properly before leaving.
