Five Below — Local services in Lebanon

The employees are amazing and always there to help… I was there on Monday and the sweetest lady greeted me and the people behind me, but when her manager walked in she didn’t greet her… when I say I was in utter shock at the way the manager yelled and belittle the worker becuase she didn’t gree the “so called manager” . She fully yelled at her in front of at least 5 customers and stormed off to the back.. she was yelled at so badly that most of the customers came to check on this worker! Mind you she did greet me and the people behind me but I Venmo if she didn’t she should have never been belittled and yelled at like this in front of customers or not in front of customers! I work at a restaurant and if my manager ever yelled at me like that I would have quit in the spot! I will most likely be goin in there to check on her and not buying anything I am so ashamed of...

I love the store itself and they are pretty much stocked up, the only reason I gave it 3 stars is because I just find it a little annoying when employees scan your stuff for you and make conversation, like don't get me wrong they are super nice but I just personally like to quietly shop and check out by myself. The main reason I am giving it 3 stars instead of 4 is because yes it's open but it's not full finish because there was a small section that still was having work done and not only that you can tell that it was not fully stocked with supply but it was very clean and organized so after it is fully finished it will be great...
