The food and smoothies are always made correctly and somewhat quickly. The only thing that makes me not give 5 stars is the attitude of the employees. I understand it can be tiring to have a peppy attitude and a smile all day (I have worked in both retail and the food industry myself), but when a mistake is made, or an employee drops the money you give them on the ground outside, (just happened to me) you would expect an apology….. At least that’s what I would do personally. Also, using common manners like saying please and thank you don’t tend to be used here, at least not when I have come. I understand this is probably not your dream job, but when you work in customer service those are just things customers expect and appreciate.
