Tried to call the store directly to ask the specific store if they recycled old TVs, instead I got connected to a call center. I was told that the Lebanon Nh store did recycle old TVs and that it would be free. Got to the store and they charged me $30 to take it. Decided to look at a new TV and at their Pokémon cards (yes they sell them) and they had a really good price on a Paldean Fates elite trainer box. Brought it to the register and it rang up wrong, the cashier went and looked and was like “it’s in the wrong place, so I’m not going to sell you it for the listed price.” They were ALL in the ‘wrong location.’ Not only did they refuse but the manager tried to insinuate that I moved them to get a better price. I will never go back to Best Buy after this experience. I will not buy the TV I was going to buy. I will not buy the external dvd drive for my computer, not a single thing. Thank you for nothing.

Always more then helpful and knowledgeable and are happy to elighten us lacking in know how to which is incredibly helpful for a Mom trying to buy video game and such items for my 2 gamer children when I know nothing about that relm of happenings!! On behalf of all parents who can conquer... we thank & appreciate your help guiding us in the right direction far more then you know!! Thanks for not treating us as if our million questions trying to understand the world our kids are overly endulged in aren't ridiculously annoying to you all as Im sure it may get that way from time to time!! 🎅🎄❄️

Came in to buy a Bluetooth speaker today... See the picture attached for the result. An employee also proceeded to walk by me without making eye contact or saying hi. This is par for the course every time I come in. Being understaffed is a thing. I get it. But you don't have to let all of your standards completely die. Their Sonos display is also completely wiped out. The displays are filthy, and half of the display models don't work throughout the store. Truly a waste of time to come into this store.

Short Story: Best Buy pushes Geek Squad but they don't stand behind it! Now I don't stand behind Best Buy and I recommend you don't either! Customer loyalty is gone, but I guess that's not new.

I've gone hot and cold with Best Buy over the years. They've done a better job with in store assistance lately, as it used to be you couldn't find anyone to help you. However every time you buy something they push the Geek Squad protection which I strongly recommend against purchasing. Based on my recent experience, I suggest you don't buy anything from this company.

On my phone upgrade 2 years ago they said they couldn't cancel my existing Geek Squad plan and said I'd need to do that independently though an 800 number, which was ridiculous as I set it up in the store to begin with! So I had to carry 2 plans until I canceled the old one. I should have learned then. Recently my plan expired on my 2 year contract, and 3 days after the expiration both my phone and my wife's were both close to dead. Batteries weren't holding a charge, all kids of little things....Can you say iPhone planned obsolescence? But since my plan expired my Geek Squad protection expired as well, so they couldn't fix them. In fact, they'd pushed the benefit of the Geek Squad in store service when I bought the phones and now it's all handled online . That's a nice bait and switch.

A brief ray of hope was a manager offered to escalate things for me and promised to call back in 15 minutes. No call back. I called the next day, and got her with an apology and a promise to call back with an update. Days go by, no call back. Then a few calls and can't get that manger and no return call to my message. I finally get another manger who advises me that there's nothing Best Buy can do. I paid for 2 years, 2 phones, and the Geek Squad accepted my auto pay every month but when the time came due there was no notice of cancellation. Oh, that would have alerted me that my time is running out on my coverage so why on earth would they want to do that? Well, actually they offered to give me a break on accessories if I upgraded two phones. Really, a deal on junk screen protectors and a over priced cases? I actually got suckered into screen protectors on my first iPhone purchase and they were junk.

Well, bye-bye Best Buy...No more purchases from me. I've bought a ton of stuff there. I've shared my positive experience in the past, now I will share my negative experience and I will move on to many alternatives in the marketplace. I...

I want to preface this horrendous review with the fact that I’ve done maybe 4-5 of these in my lifetime. Best Buy and Samsung are abhorrent. Purchased an entire kitchen appliance set from Best Buy a few months ago. The delivery/install was on 10/17. On 12/8 the fridge completely broke down. Samsung has made it extremely painful to get this mitigated.

We live in rural NH so they sent the service tech out and he determined it was a sealed system issue/compressor. Those services/parts were booked out weeks, so we were told we needed a replacement or our money reimbursed (this has yet to happen). We are at 2 weeks with no refrigerator. Samsung is pathetic, but this isn’t about them..

I went to Best Buy in person to explain the situation. I spoke to (I assume the manager) that was at the podium towards the entrance with a sign that says “can I help”.. When I told this woman that my pregnant wife and I have been living out of coolers for two weeks she atleast attempted to sound halfway empathetic. I told her I wanted to purchase another fridge from them, but I wasn’t willing to pay for delivery/install/haul away considering I just did all this 8 weeks ago. She then tried to sell me a $180 membership and told me they can’t waive anything as far as fees, because those are member services. That was odd because I went in earlier this week and a gentlemen named Robbie with the title manager on his name tag told me he would waive the fees once I found out how Samsung would handle the reimbursement.

As a new homeowner in the area, I have spent thousands at best buy between tv/sound bar/kitchen appliance and delivery/installs. There are way worse problems in this world, I know this is just some first world inconvenience, but I work in building material distribution as a manager. Nothing is black and white/set in stone like this. She couldn’t have cared less about my situation. I know my review and lack of business moving forward won’t make a dent with these people, but I can’t wait to pay off these interest free purchases and cut my card up. I hope I can spare one person the potential headaches.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. I wish I could give it a negative star review. My experience began on December 4th. I stopped in to buy a car stereo for my daughter for Christmas. I was told to go to the service desk to set up an appointment to have it installed. Sounded easy enough. We were there waiting for 1 1/2 hours. No lines, as a matter of fact the store was almost empty this was at around (7:30 PM). So once they finally figured out how to schedule the appointment they ordered the stereo to make sure they would have it there for the day of our appt. on the 14th. We showed up for the appt. only to find out they did not have the dash mount or the wiring harness to do the install the man who scheduled the install was standing there and my husband pointed him out to the manager as being the one who set it up and was suppose to order everything, he looked at my husband and said NOTHING, no "sorry" he just stood there with a stupid look on his face. Mind you we are 1 hour away from this store. So obviously upset but wanting to get this in before Christmas my husband reschedules the install, he had them order the parts needed and charge it to his card along with the stereo and the install price. The day of the new install 12/17 I decide to call and ask them to have all things in their hand to make sure they had what they needed before we got there. Nate the guy who installs the stereos was very helpful and went on the hunt for the stereo. The other parts were in but guess what... They sold our stereo that we had paid for. Nate was amazing and seemed very upset that their General Manager who was the one who was "making it right" for us F*ed it up AGAIN!! This store should just shut down all together. It is filled with rude and incompetent people, and don't even bother trying to call them because they don't answer the phone unless you let it ring for 1/2 hour or more, I am not even kidding about this part! Now we will fight to get the charges taken off my husbands card. He will drive and hour there and back to have this taken care of because they do not answer...
