My name is Ricky, and I want to tell you a quick story.NORMALLY I dont usually fill out reviews but in this particular case,The upper valley needs to know,there are STILL great people that exist and I found a few of them at KAYS.I haven’t been in there for a while as I was not impressed with their past experience with me,so I’m TOTALLY assuming that HOLLY and her significant other are NEW owners because They were nothing but Professional,friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I went to see them after finally going over some of my mother’s jewellery from when she passed away.Holly and crew helped me put a history time on some of the pieces and treated my mother’s jewellery as if it was her own.Im passing on my mother’s watch to my girlfriends mother who lives in the Czech Republic.Holly gave me a beautiful gift box for my mothers watch and it looked amazing in the box….My point? It’s rare in today’s society to find people like Holly and her significant other and the people who work for her!…they made me feel good and proud of what my main objective was, to pass on something my mother loved to my girlfriends mother who back in the day could only afford to feed her 3 children and now she’s going to love this watch, and you know what?.. I didn’t even buy anything nor would they take my money for there services,however,they did gain a new customer and I feel as though I made some new friends!!…KAY JEWELERS ROCK!….Thank you for your support and kindness...
Read moreI would rate higher if possible. I recently moved to New England from Texas in the midst of the COVID19 pandemic. I had noticed a crack in a ring shortly after getting it back from being resized 6 months ago. Stores were all closed because of the pandemic and I was nit able to ise my warranty Kara G. Kays from the Hulen mall Ft. Worth location worked with with me through email for months and checked in on me to assure me the ring would be fixed. When I came into the Kays in Lebanon I was a little nervous because I was not sure how the situation would unfold and some of the reviews on here were not the best. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and it was nice to see the staff being so thorough following safety measures (wearing mask, wiping down screens, making sure store was not above capacity ect). I was helped by a wonderful person named Jessalyn( sorry I misspelt it). She was amazing and walked me through the whole process and made me feel like a valued customer. She was friendly and provided excellent customer service! I have always had nothing but great customer service from Kays Jewlers and now I've used them in multiple states. Staff is willing to go above and beyond for you and they are honest about wait times, financing, and care more about the customer than making money. If anyone wants to buy jewlrey, not feel pressured, and recieve amazing service; I highly recommend...
Read moreMy fiancé purchased my ring back in September of 2023 and got the warranty for it. I took my ring in a month ago to be cleaned and it was found to have a single loose stone, I agreed to send it out. A week and a half later I call the store to follow up and see where my ring is. I’m told my ring arrived back at the store and had a few more loose stones so they sent it back again. No one ever contacted me about this, I would not have known had I not called them. Another week a half goes by and still nothing. So I call them and I’m told it’s being shipped. Next day I call, I’m told the delivery driver miss placed a box and they think my ring was in it. I get a call today, and I’m told “I have some unfortunate news but not bad news. Your ring came back and the stones are still loose we are going to send it back out.” First of all, this ring had ONE loose stone when it went out and now it has multiple?! I’m not notified of my ring being sent out again?! Now you want to send it back to the same shop that hasn’t repaired it correctly twice?! Absolutely not. Mind you, I NEVER received an apology for not being notified the first time, I never received one this time for it not being repaired correctly once again. Just excuses. When I asked to speak to the manager I’m told, she will have to call you back....
