Starbucks — Restaurant in Lebanon

I used to work here... I dreamed of this job and all i got from it was rude crew mates and a down right cruel boss named Michelle. She not only wrote me up for a " no call no show " after i had called and spoken with her about why i could not make it in as i have a few almost -dibilitating- diseses. She also completly disreguarded my mental health and I'm not the only person she has done this to. I can't tell you how many times i had people complain about her to me. I did my job well and was proud of myself each and everyday I was in this place but its Not at all a safe space for anyone with mental health issues. And it doesnt help that everyone snickered at me, and even stalked my Instagram outside of work hours and acused me of doing this I wasn't. They did everything they could to make me quit and you know what? They did. After being written up for 3 things that NEVER happend I walked out. In tears. And i am STILL in THERAPY as of today from the impact that woman and my crew had on me, and it doesn't help that the other manager " Chris " when I would ask for help would roll his eyes scoff and be mad at me for asking or would yank things away, shove past me ypu make it. Could I go to micbelle and explain what was happening? Nope! Becuase chris ans michelle are best friends and make fun of employees. This entire location is incredibly clicky and if u dont fit their group they treat you like garage. This place has been a really hard spot in my life to get over. I hope to god no one with health...

I worked for this store for over two years. The store manager at the time did help me a lot for a few months as I was dealing with personal problems. I am no longer working for this company as there has been so much harassment from current and past employees via text and social media. I asked that I moved forward with my personal life and such, but some people who work or who haven’t worked for this company accused me of false information. I would not suggest going to this location as the employees are two faced and talk nonsense behind customers backs. I suggest, if Starbucks, go to the Hanover location as they are more empathetic and more humane than the employees at the west Lebanon location. I don't usually go for Starbucks coffee as I have found it too bitter for my taste. My usual place I get lattes changed their machines and they can't get their lattes hot so I thought I'd give Starbucks lattes a try. They didn't disappoint. We went through the drive-thru. It was convenient and really quick. We requested extra hot lattes and that's what we got. Their vanilla lattes hit the spot and didn't go cold after 10 minutes which is how all forms of coffee should be made. The woman who took our order was quite friendly and made sure she got our orders correct by reading back what we requested. I was impressed. I'm glad we tried them. The price is also reasonable.
