Ordered a bagel with cream cheese and an Ice Coffee with cream and sugar. When i got to the window they told me that they were out of regular cream cheese and asked if it was go if they gave me reduced fat cream cheese. that was fine. I get my food and proceed on my way to work to find out that my coffee was really ice tea with cream and sugar. I spent almost $7 on breakfast and none of it was right!
This is only one example of their bad service.
Another example of their bad service is a 2 day catering i had them do as I work in Event Planning. Day one there was not enough plates, napkins or silverware. People eating of of lids from the salads. This was so embarrassing! Day two, there was no salad dressing for the for the 8 salads I had ordered and there wasn't any condiments for the sandwiches. When i called to try to get the salad dressing and condiments they told me it would be about 45 minutes to an hour before they could bring them o me, I ended up having to buy them form another place as i could not wait that long for something that should have already been delivered. When I ordered the food they told me that they would bring the food to me as they had a delivery cart that would make it easy for them to get it to my location and they said that they would set it up. Instead both days they called me to pick up the order at the main entrance of the building where I work. I had to carry food for 80 people to the place where we were providing lunch, set it up in time for the lunch break and call them for any missing items. Had they set up as they said they were going to then they would have known that they did not have acquitted plates and salad dressing,
They ran late both days so I had to run around like a crazy person to set up the lunches. Being late is a huge issue as the attendees at this program only received a 45 minute lunch and it takes about 15-20 for all of the attendees to make it through the line and get their lunch.
When I called to speak with the manager on duty she blamed it on my as I had a "complicated order" and hung up on me. I was not rude to her, i was only trying to provide important feedback so that in the future they knew what to look got in an order. I then called the corporate office with my complaint and they took the information but nothing was done to correct the issues. They stated they would work with the store to improve their service, but the service is still horrible and the employees attitudes are even worse.
I enjoy their food but will no longer get it as their standards of customer service is the worst I have seen!!

I received a moldy apple that was deformed and also had a rotten hole in it. It was hardly an apple due to the deformity. My main concern is that when mold/fungus is present, microscopic mold spores are present in the air. The food was ate by my wife and then as she reached into the bag to grab the apple to give to my kids that’s when we noticed. My other main concern is how in the world do you pick up such a terrible apple and say: “Yeah! This is fine!”
I almost feel this was intentional because I waited in line and looked at the menu but no one came up to me to ask if I wanted to place an order. But they went right up to the next customer. So I had to use the self serve kiosk. As I waited for my order I heard one of the staff yell “Order for Max!” Clearly and professionally.
However, this wasn’t the case for me! The food should have never been ate due to the contamination and I hope my kids don’t get sick. They are EXTREMELY lucky my immune compromised Aunt (Chrohns Colitis), wasn’t around!
The “manager” rolled her eyes at me when I told her the mold spores are in the air and everything should get disinfected. The fruit bowl the bad apple came from should also be cleaned.
My profession is in Horticulture/Plant Health Care and previously I worked the Food Industry for 10+ years. I am not ignorant. They offered me another apple. Yeah right! I want my money back!

Not only was she very impatient at the speaker, She also complained about being the only one back there and having to make orders and take them at the same time. She cut me off with "wait a min." when I asked to give my phone # for rewards. She was even more upset that all I had was a $100.00 bill to pay for my order of close the $30.00. She left me sitting at the window for an extended amount of time. Long enough I if she didn't have my cash in hand I would have normally just left without my order. When she got back I was handed a bunch of small bills and with a snotty tone I was told "now I could make it rain elsewhere with her cash". I was polite and I apologized again stating I only had on me what the ATM gave me for bills. With even more attitude her response was "well I am not an ATM". I did not know how to respond as the level of unprofessionalism was unmatched to anything I had ever experienced anywhere in my life. I am still a bit in shock.
