China Wok — Restaurant in Lebanon

I love this place so much I'm leaving my first ever review. My go to spot! I've been going here for about two years now. The woman who works the phone and front desk is so sweet and ALWAYS in a wonderful mood. No matter how busy she is (sometimes there is 4-5 ppl in the pickup line) she treats everyone so kind and always remembers you. The food is always fresh and perfect. We've never once had a wrong order or bad food. The house rice is literally the best I've ever had. The flavor is amazing and they don't skimp on the shrimp! I'd pick this place over the Chinese spot by Publix any day!

Came back to edit this two months later because I just picked up literally 20 minutes before closing time. Not only was the food made fresh to order but the sweet lady who is at the front desk was still in the best mood at 830 pm after working allll day long! There is NO way anyone on here who left a 1 star or bad review has really ever eaten here. I go at LEAST twice a week and have never once had nothing but perfect food. This is the only review I have ever left on google so I have no reason to lie. I will never eat another Chinese location! Love the foood and the people are so kind!...

After we ordered, we noticed how hot it was in the place. They even had a thermometer on the wall that said 78 degrees, not comfortable to sit and eat. Also, They had restaurant stuff stored in the dining area. Our food came and they had to push through a dirty plastic slat curtain. It looked and smelled good, But we opened the white rice and it was very sticky and came out in a clump. We both had chicken different ways mine sweet and sour coated and deep-fried theirs teriyaki no coating not fried, we both took one bite of the chicken and it was so bad really tough and chewy. I spit mine out, it was so terrible. We both tried another piece and the same thing. It was uneatable. 28 dollars just thrown away, We left hungry and I had to go home and cook another meal. We called to place a delivery order and had a rather unpleasant experience. The menu attached to google contains many dishes that China Wok does not even serve. I had to repeat my phone number as well as my location and order 3 to 5 times EACH in order to be understood.

halfway through asking for my estimated delivery time the female manager on the phone HUNG UP ON ME.

We called back 45 minutes later to check on our delivery and were told it would be yet another 45 minutes. We had to ask her several times to clarify what she was saying because she was so difficult to understand and she got rude and very unprofessional and hung up on us again!! She called back and we cancelled our order.
