Nothing but problems with this store. Employees messed up with me more than once! I asked all the right questions about return policies and the lady assured me I was ok. Her reassurance was the ONLY reason I got the phone! Went to return the phone and I wasnt allowed because of something I had asked about and was told I was ok. Then they called big manager and she said dont return it either. Had phone less than a day! 5 min talk time on it and wouldn't return even tho it was their mistake. Then everytime you go in there, STORE MANAGER kathy is ALWAYS hugged/ kissing up on another employee! Store is always closing earlier than the time is says on the door/ website. Customer service at this store is horrible! I have been a customer for many years and needed a new phone and all I got was attitude! Until the lady told me that I'd have to start a whole new account and get rid of the phone number I've had for 20+ years! Went down to the metro store at 8th and Cumberland and spent 15 minutes in there before leaving with my new phone, on my same account, and a ton of laughter to go along with it! Good customer service still does exist, just not at this store! I will NEVER go into this store again. Don’t use Metro by T-Mobile they’re garbage. I’ve been a customer with them for almost 2 years and I want to get a phone and they said that on toll-free number that I could pay half off on a phone I go to the store they told me I’ve had to pay $156 for a phone and then I had to get a new phone number. Metro is the worst company do not go to them. It might be cheap but it don’t go to them they’re horrible horrible I mean horrible how you gonna charge somebody $156 for a phone yeah that’s a great why do you have to give me a new phone number?
