The Paper Store — Local services in Lebanon

They have cute stuff, however, my order was a nightmare. I don’t live in New England anymore but when I did I had returned an item there and had store credit. I tried to use the store credit online so I could have the item shipped to me, however you can’t use store credit online (even though they store clerk said I could.) So I had to send the card to family and have them purchase an item and ship it to me. Then, I needed to return the item. It turns out I can’t just ship it back to the paper store, I have to ship it back to the family member and have them bring it into the paper store to get store credit that I still...

Yesterday I was in the West Lebanon store. I was shocked to see socks on the rack that had the "F" word spelt out with something that was supposed to be funny. How are we to teach our children what is right or wrong when they walk into a store and read such things. Your review ratings are very high now but I think that will change as you lower your standards. Please think about what you are doing to our society. It starts with just little things and then slowly turns are communities into a low class environment. Meanwhile I shall not shop at your store in the future until you are willing to clean up...

Very angry - not a lot of paper, despite the name. A row of greeting cards in the back, a few gift bags and tissue paper, but by and large the store is an overwhelming explosion of basic gifts for someone you don't know very well but know what socially acceptable category they fall in: Red Sox fan, beachy, dad jokes on father's day, lots of colorful bags lady, crafty kid.
