Kohl's — Local services in Lebanon

I was in your store recently the end of March trying to get into the "Spring Feeling" and certainly felt it in your store. Had not been in your store since the renovations after the flooding, because I had felt your prices had gone sky high from what I had always enjoyed. What I found this time was, your prices back to normal, which was wonderful for me, especially having a new granddaughter coming any day..

However I do have to pass on something that has always bothered me and it is in your ladies underwear section....you can never find your brand and size easily without all of them falling off the hooks and those near the bottom, well that's a loss cause... I would like to suggest your floor staff go over to J C Penny's and see how they display their underwear, it is so refreshing....every piece of underwear in stock does not have to be out on the floor....I'm not saying you need to have the floor space but have space for each brand and each size, not mix S,M.L/XL all together on ONE HOOK...

Actually I love the variety this store carries, however, my trip today involved dropping off a package to be returned to Amazon. Totally easy!! The customer service/return staff were friendly and helpful. When you bring your Amazon items to be returned through Kohl's (at no charge to you), you also get a 25% off coupon to shop at Kohl's too!! Social Distancing is maintained, you can shop online, pay for your order and just pick it up at the Customer Service Counter too. Masks are required in the store, but they are also supplied by the store along with hand sanitizer at the ready for your use prior to entering and at the check out. The staff members sanitize the counters between each customer, and the floors are clearly marked to maintain the appropriate 6 ft. social distance required. I actually saw some items that I was interested in just from the Customer Service/Return Counter while I was returning my Amazon...

I love shopping at Kohls, and I've been visiting West Lebanon for two months, I've always received good service, but today specifically, a young woman served me in a way that I found rude and impolite. I always make high-value purchases, and I receive coupons , the attendants give them to me without me even asking, I think it's wonderful, however, I always lost the coupons, and today was the first time I decided to use them. Anyway, I asked the young attendant if I could use the coupon to buy two pairs of pants and if I could buy more,if i get another coupon, and she rudely told me no, that today I wouldn't get a coupon, like "NOT TODAY, you don't you will get a coupon" I get out of store without saying anything, she could have explained that I would win but I couldn't use it in the same day, I only dont understood why she was rude and didn't give me a coupon. I definitely won't buy again there if I have to get...
