The Wellness Lounge — Local services in Lebanon

This is a horrible place to try to get a massage. My husband bought me a gift certificate for over $200 and I was not able to schedule a massage for over two months. I had one massage after waiting weeks to get in and the girl was very good, but then canceled the second two scheduled massages… so if you’re counting on the Wellness Lounge to have massage times available to you don’t count on this place for going and getting a massage go elsewhere. There are plenty other places to get massages. I also tried to get a refund for my gift card when I was unable to get a massage in a timely manner and they would not refund the money so essentially my husband wasted his money on trying to get me a massage there I would never go here ever again for a massage or for any of their services.

Reply: I would strongly recommend not selling gift cards for services. And , at the least, providing people with information as to how long it my take to get an appointment when a gift card is purchased. People do not want to wait for 8 weeks to get an appointment for a massage . And then I scheduled out 2 more appointments with Lindsey and she canceled them both without making any other arrangements for me … Is inexcusable and bad business practice. If I were you, I would no longer allow this person in my business . She has made you look bad not me. I am unfortunately, the customer that had to deal with this situation and I am not happy. You have done nothing to make the situation any better . So unfortunately, a Google comment was needed. Other people need to know what goes on behind...

This store is a GEM!!! We have traveled the ENTIRE United States and haven’t found a store with a wellness selection like this! Just Ingredients, Purity Coffee, Earth Momma, Earthly, Zum, just to name a few. And they don’t just have one or two products from these brands, they have entire product lines!
