Reposting my review from a 5 star which was a few months ago to now. I have been in customer service since age 16 and I am absolutely floored by messages written today to me from Derrick. If I wrote what he did to me I would be fired! Highly unprofessional, lots of back peddling and dishonest comments. It is a shame as my daughter and I thought we found our forever home! Booked with Leah for lashes and she not only was knowledgeable but she took the time to talk about how to make my lashes healthier and repair damage done with prior artists.
