THERE ARE THOUSANDS OF ANIMALS WAITING TO BE ADOPTED.I will not support a company that profits off of buying animals from mills and has literally no education on how to maintain them!!!!
woof meow in my town stopped carrying animals for this reason. it's wrong.
Story---- I stopped by here to purchase hay for my two free roam rescued rabbits- just to find them having two rabbits in wired cages not meant for rabbits with ANOTHER rabbit in another wired cage stacked directly on top.
they also had a sign encouraging the purchasing rabbits based on how long they live and how much hay they eat.
no mention of how much SPACE they need. no mention on how much work they take and patience. no mention on how they can be raised as INDOOR PETS JUST LIKE CATS AND DOGS. no mention of the need of spaying and neutering because they have a 75% chance of getting cancer without doing so- no mention of how much water they can drink ( as much as a medium size dog)
buying any pet, from a pet store isn't good.
I asked them if they keep them in cages all day and the girl said no they sometimes get put into play pens. I also asked if that's the case than why are there two in one cage together ? she told me she didn't know but that they are both males and need to be separated soon.
I walked out- didn't...
Read moreUnfortunately, after coming here for years, had a very disappointing experience. I was sold a defective carrier for my cat which my cat easily broke out of (the defective zipper) while in the car on the way to his vet appointmentâI did test it at home first but obviously the environment is different. He immediately started dashing around the car and near the pedals putting both of our lives at risk. Also missed the vet appointment I had taken off work to attend.
The staff provided a refund but refused to take any responsibility for the product they sell. I inquired about any possibility for even a tiny discount on a new carrier and they told us we had to contact the manufacturer of the product if we wanted anything done. They denied having any responsibility for the products they choose to stock. I understand they may be limited in options but the way they deflected the stores involvement was extremely disappointing. Would love to support them instead of larger chains but they donât seem to care for their...

I went in, they were extremely nice, and I assumed this was a local franchise.. To my surprise, it WAS actually a small business, with one location. Despite being a small business, this comes across as a very well laid out pet store, not unlike the major chains....
Here's where things change... I believe they have additional locations now, there's a high turnover at the store, so you never know who you're going to deal with, some of the employees are rude, the prices to use their dog wash has gone up and actually doubled over the past few years, making it so it is close to the same price as paying a groomer. And to use their self wash, they charge per dog, so even if you're going to go in there to wash one dog, you have to pay for both.
Overall, it's no longer the experience...
