We boarded our bunnies for a little over a week while we were on vacation. We tried bunny sitters before. Unfortunately, they didn’t know how to handle rabbits. We were nervous about boarding our bunnies as our girls tend to be easily stressed. Every staff member there was very nice and accommodating in giving us an x-pen for them. They let us set the enclosure up too. Everything was cleaned and they did all that we asked of them. Our bunnies didn’t seem upset or anti-social when we picked them up. They looked calm and happy. Pricing was very cheap much to our surprise. Thank you for taking good care of Cedar and Willow. We will definitely recommend you.

Their staff is always so knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Even if your coming just to visit the small animals they always take time to to talk and handle the animals and encourage the patrons as well. We had a senior pup who was having seizures and they were so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about helping us with his dietary needs. After his passing we brought home a new puppy and they were great about helping us pick out healthy food and enrichment toys/ treats too. We are also regulars at their dog park as well. Which is a fantastic area to meet other great dog owners and introduce your pup to friends!

This review is for the dog park in the rear of the store. It's a large, mostly grassed, well maintained dog park with a few community toys and water bowls. It's fenced with chain link fencing and has double doors at the entrance to keep dogs from escaping when someone enters or leaves. There are picnic tables and a bench to sit on while your pooch romps around. Everyone cleans up after their dog so you can roam around and not worry about stepping in any "pooh". It's completely free to use.

THERE ARE THOUSANDS OF ANIMALS WAITING TO BE ADOPTED.I will not support a company that profits off of buying animals from mills and has literally no education on how to maintain them!!!!

woof meow in my town stopped carrying animals for this reason. it's wrong.

Story---- I stopped by here to purchase hay for my two free roam rescued rabbits- just to find them having two rabbits in wired cages not meant for rabbits with ANOTHER rabbit in another wired cage stacked directly on top.

they also had a sign encouraging the purchasing rabbits based on how long they live and how much hay they eat.

no mention of how much SPACE they need. no mention on how much work they take and patience. no mention on how they can be raised as INDOOR PETS JUST LIKE CATS AND DOGS. no mention of the need of spaying and neutering because they have a 75% chance of getting cancer without doing so- no mention of how much water they can drink ( as much as a medium size dog)

buying any pet, from a pet store isn't good.

I asked them if they keep them in cages all day and the girl said no they sometimes get put into play pens. I also asked if that's the case than why are there two in one cage together ? she told me she didn't know but that they are both males and need to be separated soon.

I walked out- didn't...

Unfortunately, after coming here for years, had a very disappointing experience. I was sold a defective carrier for my cat which my cat easily broke out of (the defective zipper) while in the car on the way to his vet appointment—I did test it at home first but obviously the environment is different. He immediately started dashing around the car and near the pedals putting both of our lives at risk. Also missed the vet appointment I had taken off work to attend.

The staff provided a refund but refused to take any responsibility for the product they sell. I inquired about any possibility for even a tiny discount on a new carrier and they told us we had to contact the manufacturer of the product if we wanted anything done. They denied having any responsibility for the products they choose to stock. I understand they may be limited in options but the way they deflected the stores involvement was extremely disappointing. Would love to support them instead of larger chains but they don’t seem to care for their...

Updated from 5 Stars: This is where I USED TO go for all of my pet food. The first time I went there, it was before I even moved to the area, while in the process of looking for a house. I went in, they were extremely nice, and I assumed this was a local franchise.. To my surprise, it WAS actually a small business, with one location. Despite being a small business, this comes across as a very well laid out pet store, not unlike the major chains....

Here's where things change... I believe they have additional locations now, there's a high turnover at the store, so you never know who you're going to deal with, some of the employees are rude, the prices to use their dog wash has gone up and actually doubled over the past few years, making it so it is close to the same price as paying a groomer. And to use their self wash, they charge per dog, so even if you're going to go in there to wash one dog, you have to pay for both.

Overall, it's no longer the experience...
