If I could give negative stars I would. Our first visit to Leesburg branch was good, we saw some furniture and really liked one of the sofa sets on display. They said it is one month old, and we would not get warranty, and there was a scratch on one of the accent chairs. 'Emre' is the person who was there at the showroom with his wife. He quoted $4000 for the sofa and two accent chairs without shipping and assembly which would be extra. We went back home to think about this and later visited again to confirm. We were okay with it provided they showed us proof of exactly when they arrived as is our right to ask. But, Emre lost it totally and behaved in an unacceptable rude manner to us and our friends (two families) who were also there to look at and eventually buy some. He kept being so rude to every one of us. He told one of my friends who was negotiating, " to not waste his time if they cannot afford that piece"! How rude and ridiculous! When my husband negotiated a fair price for a very old display sofa he quoted for $5000 without any accent chairs, Emre told my husband - " Do not expect good furniture for free "! We both lost it. We came prepared to buy and he judged us as if we cannot afford. He kept on saying - I have 6 minutes more, I have 5 minutes more... I have to go to dinner.. as if a countdown. Did not give any eye contact and kept arranging the accent pillows and gave that countdown. He expected us to make our decision of investing good amount of money into a furniture within few minutes. We both are not illiterates, I'm a dentist and my husband is a software engineer, we think where to put our money before investing. Saloni's loss because of Horrible judgemental personality of - "Emre" . Bad businessman, he lost business of three families. We ended up placing order with a much much better fully customized sofa brand with 8 way hand tied suspension. If only that showroom at Leesburg had polite people, us three families would have bought many pieces from them since they are well made and...
