Edit: great response to minor training issue. Ice cream is delicious!!!

I’m not sure if you read and respond to these, happy to adjust my rating but want to be heard.

The ice cream was delicious and the staff was mostly friendly!

I ordered a sundae and the gentleman was nice and knowledgeable. He explained 2 syrups and 2 toppings. So I told him my scoops and my two syrups. He explained at the end of line I can tell them my toppings. He asked if I wanted an upgrade topping like brownie. I said no thanks.

When I went to the counter she said okay what were your three scoops. I told her. She then said okay and which syrups and I said my two syrups and she put them in and they added 75¢ each. So I said oh whoops I thought it came with two syrups. So she sort of reluctantly removed the charges. And then meanwhile they handed her my sundae and she was handing it to me and I said oh he said it came with two toppings can I pick those? And then now with two separate things I pointed out she kind of started acting like I’m scamming her now or something. So she gave me two toppings while kind of bugged at me. It was so bizarre that when I got I home I found a picture of the menu to make sure I wasn’t crazy. And there it is! The sundae comes with two syrups and two toppings.

Went there on Friday. There was a pretty long line. I will excuse that, as it's s new restaurant. The staff was quite friendly, and had a good solution to keep the line going quickly by handing out menus. This speaks to a well trained staff. I particularly liked the presence of heaters outside, as the weather was decidedly chilly. Once inside, our ordesr were taken within a few minutes while we were still in line. We were also offered a cookie sample. I chose a snickerdoodle. It was pretty good, though not my favorite. There was a very good variety of ice cream flavors on the menu. These included dairy free options, such as mint chocolate chip and Pina colada. They also took the kind liberty to warn you what products contained gluten. I chose a strawberry cheesecake ice cream and a Raspberry cookies and cream. The cheesecake ice cream was very good. I wasn't as fond of the Raspberry, though it still wasn't bad. I suppose your mileage will vary. I'm honestly curious about the goat cheese blueberry flavor. All in all, I think this is a place I will...
