The work they provided through their goldsmith is done very well. Aside from the great products and service, their communication was top notch. I received a text message at almost every stage of this process keeping me in the loop. I felt their pricing was good and their turnaround time was very reasonable. I’ve never once felt disconnected as a customer. I showed up in dingy clothes from work and I was treated just like everyone should be treated.
