Addendum: 9-5-22, Things are never simple with Verizon and over the years the company has gotten more and more slimy. Susan still did a great job at multi tasking but communication was lacking. I was told in the store my bill would only change by $35 to have the unlimited plan which is also what I was told was my ONLY option in order to get a device credit for my trade in. That's all well and good but now that I've received the first bill I realize it was $35 for each line, $55/mon, whereas before we had a shared plan that was 1 charge for all three of us to share 4 GB of data. The reason this is upsetting is because I can't get my old plan back. Verizon is forcing you to have an unlimited plan whether you want it or not. I specifically verified with Susan if this was my ONLY option after discussing numbers and she said yes. That isn't true and I'm not realizing it until now! I could've just paid a little bit higher device payment for a time and kept my current plan! Because now we've gone from paying $40 for 3 people for data to paying $55/each!! I'd like to cancel and switch to mint mobile but now I'm stuck with an $800 device payment. All of this.....could've easily been avoided....by commen courtesy communication and Verizon not training people to be sneaky, slimy and manipulative to customers who've been with them for over 10, 15 years?! The first moment I get the opportunity to cancel I will.

I had the pleasure of having Doryon walk me through every step with great compassion, sense of humor and patience. At that time I was unaware of how much the phones have improved. I could come back for help and I could approach anybody in the store in the staff. Little did I know just how often that I would be visiting the staff on an almost daily basis, I got to meet each staff member, everyone was lovely, helpful, and willing to help this old lady and was kind to my dog. This team, Doryon, Denzel, Susan and Angel communicate well with each other, is mindful of each person who walks in and clearly gives the best service they can and devotes all their time to that person while theyâre there. They give callbacks to people when they say they will. This friendly atmosphere is a testimony to what every store should create. I urge you to let each member be aware of this and put a letter of acknowledgment in their employee file. You know my phone number if you need...
   Read moreCame to this store to upgrade my iPhone, expecting a nerve wracking experience due to my own techological shortcomings. I got totally the opposite experience right from the friendly hello as I came in the front door to the Verizon store. Nick was super patient and assuring, giving me confidence and soothing my nervousness. And then the experience of good customer service got even deeper! Hopping my 2,500 pics and Note app full of my poetry stored on my old phone to the dreaded iCloud became clearly a good idea in case of phone loss. I didn't have iCloud so Nick helped me through that, then during the transfer there were more strange hiccups and Nick stayed so patient and continued to help me forward into the new iPhone. Above and beyond staying in text support on his day off and even coming to my work on his second day off to be sure the transfer finally happened (we were on the fourth attempt by now!) Polite! Patient! Knowledgable! Kind! Thank you...
