Today was my first time ever visiting a NAPA store. I’m not sure about the other locations, but I can say for sure I will never be coming back to this location. Two women I had the displeasure of interacting with that work here are not friendly or helpful at all.. the blonde woman was on her phone the entire time I was looking around. I was looking for a specific item, and nobody could be bothered to help me look for it or maybe see if another store had it. I mentioned to the staff what I was looking for, and their website said that it was in stock. The blonde woman only made a comment about which product she likes best and uses herself… which is great but that’s not what I came in for. The other woman who rang up my item(which is something I ended up settling for since I couldn’t get any help and felt like I was intruding and was in a rush to get out of there), was equally as unwelcoming as the other.
