This location of Papa John's Pizza is no different from the many other locations that you would typically see on one of the main routes through any given town in the US. There is no dining area on-location, just a large enough Countertop to handle one or two customers at a time, a chest-height barrier wall allowing patrons to watch their meal be created, a cooler stocked full of ridiculously overpriced Pepsi products, "Employees Only" entrance, about 60 square feet of waiting area and it's all fishbowled by a wall made entirely glass, showcasing it all from floor to ceiling and left to right. Even during peak times there seems to be just enough space to make it work without discomfort to yourself or feeling crowded. The parking lot is just barely big enough to be described as ample space to maneuver in and back out amongst other parsons doing the same thing. If I had to say anything neutral or perhaps negative regarding the exterior, it would be the fact of the building itself being closer to the road than most drivers prefer probably. The most recent order from this location was an online order with an arrangement for self-pickup and was paid for online via credit card during the final order submission stage. Our order was quoted at 20-25 minutes until it would likely be ready. I went inside the store at the apx. 15 minutes mark since submitting the order to be greeted by the manager who effectively carried out the digital end of the transaction quite quickly handing me a receipt and promptly gave me the current status of the items in my order and quoted me 1 minute until everything would be ready to carry out. I decided to head out to my truck to clear a spot for he food and with just enough time to do so, the manager was behind me and had brought the food out to me so I didn't have to make another trip back into the store.
The food was great as it always is from Papa John's and I expect nothing but the same from this location for future late-night dinner fixes. Phenomenal food, staff and service. 5...
Read moreCustomer beware!! Whoever the manager that people in the reviews are saying is great is no longer there. The new manager is a moron. I placed a rather large delivery order online and forgot to put in a drink. I called immediately to ask them to add it to my order, which is never been a problem anywhere. The girl who answered the phone was like "UH sorry the computer won't let me do it". She didn't bother to try very long and she didn't ask anyone to show her. She told me I could place another delivery order for the drink, which would include another delivery charge.
So I hang up, thirsty and frustrated. And then I get an email to review my experience. And I did.
So some lady named "Nina", I'm assuming the district manager, responds me, apologizing and saying that in fact, it can be done. And it's tricky. But they have a new manager and she didn't know how. So this incompetant employee is apparently also the new manager.
Nina said she was wanted to make it right, but it has been a week and she has not even bothered to email me back.
Apparently Papa Johns is losing sales, so you would think they would care more about keeping their customers, but judging by who they hire...
Read moreTonight was the last straw. When I ordered from a restaurant, I expect my food to be delivered hot and my drinks to be delivered cold. I don’t care who delivers it. It is the reputation of the restaurant that is on the line. I have ordered three meals from this location in the last month. Every meal has been delivered lukewarm, and my Dr Pepper‘s have been delivered warm or lukewarm. The most depressing part about this is I called the store tonight to let them know that their delivery is hurting their reputation because I’m not wanting cold food. I didn't ask for a refund I just wanted them to be aware of the situation. The person on the phone laughed it off and basically said well you got it within 15 minutes. It's 34°outside if the food is not kept in a warm container it gets cold. The driver didn't bring my order in a food bag to hold in heat. The cheese is not melted they're just sticks. I will never order from this location again and Domino’s has my pizza order from now on.. The sad thing about it is Domino’s is farther away from my home than Papa Johns. Domino’s always...
