IMPECCABLE customer service when shopping!! Show an ASTOUNDING selection of diamonds with golds, silvers, rose golds (my favorites :-)) in earrings, bracelets, rings, etc. Great shopping experience EACH and every time I shop!! Oh, did I mention that I was a rewards member? Well YES, honey. I became a member a little over 1.5 years ago and Pagoda has YET to disappoint. Every year for your birthday, they give you a cute little birthday reward that’s redeemable your entire birthday month!! It just so happens that I’m writing this review based on my last shopping visit (12/5/18). This last visit was one of Pagodas many great customer loyalty sales, BOGO FREE. That’s right, buy 1, get 1 FREE. Got it. So yes, as a loyalty member, and by chance, my birthday In December, :-D. Pagoda allowed me the BOGO FREE plus my birthday reward towards my grand total!!!!! They are a BLESSED company and TRULY are loyal to their customer base by providing beautiful, timeless, yet affordable pieces of jewelry. I would know a lil something about it because A LOT of my BEST jewelry pieces come from Pagoda lol. And yes, I do mean that I have a LOT!! I’m addicted to their vast selections and varieties. What easy and no stress but mostly pleasant experience we had piercing our 16 year old on7/25. The three ladies there were so cool! We had a reservation that we were running late for, but was assured no worries after we called and reminded us of closing time. Thats service ! Selecting the jewelry was easy because we were informed, also about any promotions, safety , care and all else in between. They made sure we were satisfied with the piercing before we left..thanked us for coming abd wished us good byes. Such friendly service. People get scared , but Im sure these ladies would make it easy...

Came by to get my 7 month olds ears pierced, no one was there, but sign was up saying someone would be back within 30 minutes. Over 45 minutes later, someone finally shows and now there's a line of people. Not even acknowledged, just went ahead and started carrying on a conversation with someone at the counter. Realize it's still going to be a while, but decide to wait, then someone shows up claiming they have an appointment and now we're bumped back again. Poor service, not friendly at all, and after over an hour, just left. Will not go back here, very...
