Hot Topic — Local services in Leominster

Most of the time I’m there, I’m always getting kicked out with me and my like 2 other friends for just looking around minding our business respecting the store, and it’s always by this tall women with black hair and like little eyebrows and circle glasses, but none of the other employees mind us they see us as a regular customer , and she’s also very nosey following us around and is rude and whenever we are about too leave she’s always like “empty out your pockets” and “get out” we never disrespect their rules, we just go there too look at their clothes witch also their selection is not the best. I think she’s racist, because my friends are people of color, but when ever I’m with just me and my boyfriend it never happens, and we go here often so she knows...

I went in to look at tee shirts on a night it wasn’t busy. There was still 20-30 minutes until they closed so it wasn’t last minute. (Also they close earlier than other stores). I unfolded a bunch of tee shirts just to look at the picture and size. I can’t fold them like the workers do so I didn’t make too much of an effort and just tossed them back on top for the girl to re fold after I was done. I found one I liked and went to pay and the girl got so mad and threw the big pile of unfolded tee shirts on the counter and told me how disrespectful I was. This Hot Topic is small and cramped, generally has a very limited stock. Located in a dying mall. Also shout out to the associate who was staring at me so hard, not saying hi or asking if I needed help and leaning over the counter to continue pointedly staring at me. He was INCREDIBLY creepy and I wanted to buy some buttons and scrunchies, but I left because I felt uncomfortable.
