I ordered 3 soft tacos and a drink. I was given 1 soft tacos and a cheesy burrito of some sort. Perhaps someone else's order not mine, and they just wanted to get rid of it. I was not given a receipt either. I went back to ask, and they said that they messed up my order. I don't even know what a cheesy beef bean burrito is, nor does it look good. Very sloppy. The cashier was very nice and said she that she would give it to me for free because she did mess up. I said no, it's ok because she didn't take my order. The guy (Spanish long hair wearing hate, with an attitude issue)did. It's funny because he repeated the order back and asked if I wanted them as soft tacos or hard!! So, I stated soft. I am always hesitant to order there because I see how they work and how sloppy the foods can be. Been a long time, so I figured I would give it a shot. Trust, I won't ever be back. The girl told me that they (a cocky Spanish girl & the guy) told her that if I wanted the other soft taco they I would be charged for it. I told the cashier no thanks, and don't be sorry, it's the guys fault, not yours to begin with. Sometimes, I question this taco bell, especially when their tacos got very small. Like every place, they blame the pandemic. 😂😂🤦♀️ Chipotle is down the street, I recommend them for a similar price and very well worth it! My...
Read moreUnfortunately, this Taco Bell seems to be hit or miss at times. This time was a MISS. I came here this day to try their Crispy Chicken Sandwich Taco. (The name makes no sense I know, but that is on brand for Taco Bell. I digress...)
This Chicken Taco is obviously their way to make they entry into the new chicken competition fast food chains are in. It beings nothing to the table though. The "tortilla" it is in is more of a mini naan bread if anything. Chicken is unflavorful, not crispy at all. I think they know that because the inside of this Taco is filled with some spicy sauce(I think it might be their "spicy ranch", shredded cheese and pickled jalapenos. So many jalapenos in fact, that it may match the weight of the chicken inside.
On top of this, I ordered 4 of these tacos, two were instead 2 potato soft tacos. Something I DID NO ORDER. By the time I noticed, I was 20 minutes away from this store & was not driving back. The way this location is so inconsistent, I highly doubt I will return here or ANY Taco Bell anytime soon. Unless they come out with something interesting again. Sorry, Nacho Fries are NOT...
Read moreMy husband and I were going to dine in for the first time in a long time. As we approached the counter the man was rude. Also found out that you have to use the kiosk machine to order. If you pay with cash you still have to order through the kiosk and then go to the counter to pay. The kiosk didn't seem to give us an option of removing any ingredient, nor was it able to print a receipt. I did not get extra steak like I asked. There was barely any. Basically almost none. Between the rude people and the food that's a messing the wrapper because it was literally thrown together was an overall bad experience. It made me remember why I stopped going to TacoBell. Rio Bravo just opened next to Target. Pay the extra couple dollars. The food and experience is definitely worth the extra. It's not a fast good place, but cost almost the same and they do take out. Order before you leave your house and it's basically a drive through because of how...
