Yesterday my phone completely stopped working at the worst possible time. Im in midst of taking care of my handicapped mother transitioning her from hospital to assisted living. Every bit of information pertaining to my mothers situation including every private and sensitive contact, memos etc were completely stuck in my phone and would not operate at all. I had no idea if my phone was broken internally or just the screen I went to Best buy thinking they could transfer my information over to another phone but afer they tried without any luck, two associates recommended i go take my phone to Cell AXS as they both had great experiences getting their cell phones successfully fixed by the gentlemen at Cell AXS at the mall at Whitney Field in leominster ma. I immediately called Cell AXS and let them know what my problem was. They were gracious enough to let me come right in without appointment and they would try their very best to help. I understood coming to Cell AXS that they repair cell phones screens so I knew there was a possibility that the problem on my phone could be interal and not a screen issue but I felt confident after the two associates at Best Buy told me their great experiences. I cannot say enough great things about this business, they recovered everything and were super fast and super nice! This was more to me than just a fixed cell phone screen, Cell AXS got me all my resources back and i honestly could not be more happy or satisfied with their amazing and very fast work that allowed me to get my mother into her new home and out of the hospital in time for the holidays! i brought my iPhone screen to be fixed and they were very quick with it. I was told I should buy an "otter box" for only $15 to protect my phone. The employee directed me to the "otter boxes" on the side of the kiosk. I bought one and he helped me put it on my phone after I requested help. He seemed in a rush but he did oblige. I went home happy with my purchase but noticed later on that my case was NOT an otter box but a knock-off brand . The tabs are very hard to open and bend my charging cord. I'm not into labels, I probably would have bought it anyways, but I don't like being lied to. Flash forward a month and now I'm having trouble with my screen. It's scrolling down when I try to go up, etc. I call requesting help, but it's past the warranty. I bring up the "otter box" issue because I don't think they should lie to customers. The employee on the phone told me it wasn't smart of me not to verify myself that I wasn't being lied to. That he wouldn't trust salespeople if he were making the purchase himself. He then proceeded to talk over me and wouldn't answer direct questions. When I asked if I could say something, he told me "no" because he had to "close" and didn't have time.
