Ashley was extremely friendly and super helpful, I had found a " Peanut's Snoopy" Christmas dish towel with no price , and she was so Attentive, and helped me find a awesome price!
Thanks, Ashley, for your help and support š! I'm gonna safe that special Snoopy xmass dish towel for my Aunt for this Christmas from 2022! The store had stuff in many random spots though- out , extremely clean men's rest- rooms not dirty at all, that was so super refreshing to go use the facilities and ho in a clean and sterile place. The store was light well.
Updated: Review as of Saturday, May 25th-2024. Went here with my family, on 5/25/24. The store is a little cluttered and a little messy. But I did find some amazing stuff here . I got my Big sister a great bday gift a ( Besty Johnson Blanket) for a steal it was an outstanding price . It was on clearance. Also found a " Pop - Up " Valentine's Day card for 69 cents regularly like $ 5.99 and amazing (1) pair of Jockey Men's Boxer Briefs Underwear on the clearance rank for $1.79 regularly $2.99. I love shopping at different Burlington Coat Factory Stores , still between 4- 5 stars . Nice friendly employees. No problem whatsoever!
Updated Review as of August 10th,2024 , this Burlington Coat Factory Store had a large amount of inventory . I really loved this location for many reasons . The store itself is extremely well - lit . It looks like they cleaned it up a little more since last. The Men's bathrooms are always clean which is a blessing. They had the Halloween reusable tote bags out . The nice lady upfront when I called put on on- hold . They had a few Nightmare Before Christmas and Beetlejuice Totes not many left. This store had an Abundance of blankets. I found this awesome orange and black Nightmare Before Christmas blanket there during tax- free weekend. They had a handful of Nightmare Before Christmas stuff . Will definitely come back to this Burlington Coat Factory. Nice store, no complaints. Love shopping here ! Got some unique cool finds at...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went to the store to buy beach shorts on June 19th. There was a male employee named Oliver who was putting clothes on the rack. All I asked him was, "do you know where the beach shorts are." He says, "for you or for?.....and paused in a condescending manner, only to walk towards the men's big and tall section, which barely had beach shorts. I thought ok, this may be odd and just an off hand slight, but what happened next was 100x worse. I saw a rack next to the big and tall, where there were plenty of Large, Medium and Small beach shorts and I said to him, "oh, I see more shorts there." He said in the most nonchalant manner, verbatim, this is literally what he said to me: "well, if you think you can fit in them, then..." and walked away. I want him to know that he ruined my entire day because of this fat shaming and bullying. He was way too extra, all he had to do was just show me where the shorts were!, not say all these rude things. You guys lost my money, I will never walk in that store again. WHO ON EARTH talks to any human being, let alone a CUSTOMER like that!!!!. He needs to be fired and I hope corporate sees this. I don't care that management spoke to him and that he said, "he didn't mean any harm." That was SUPER out of pocket and disrespectful!!! The female manager I spoke to was super nice and understanding and promised this wouldn't happen again, but this was to me, completely unacceptable. I literally still feel depressed 2 days later and can't leave the house. Worst part is I had lost 30 lbs and was working on myself just to have a bully like him try to put me down. Hey Oliver, if you see this, please know that if you're going to be sassy and insult people like some high school bully, do it OUTSIDE OF YOUR WORK, don't talk to paying...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFor decades, I have always enjoyed shopping at Burlington stores in different cities and states across the country. I never left Burlington without making a purchase, and I had never experienced anything negativeāonly the pleasure of shopping. Burlington has always been my favorite store, where you can find everything you need for your home at very affordable prices, which has always been a delight. However, on October 11 at the Burlington store in Leominster, I witnessed for the first time a complete lack of customer service. There was a long line of customers and an obviously insufficient number of cashiers. People were forced to spend more time waiting in line than actually shopping. The shift supervisorās behavior was extremely unprofessional and rude. In addition, there was a clear lack of basic knowledge regarding workplace safety procedures in the event of an injury, as well as a complete absence of any professional response from the supervisor. To make matters worse, there was an unauthorized person (not a store employee) standing behind the register and offering to process payments. The total lack of service and the completely unprofessional conduct of the shift supervisor resulted in a conflict. This situation is a direct consequence of the absence of basic customer service standards, properly trained staff, and professional management. I will never return to the Burlington store...
