Sad that one manager can change the whole dynamics of this location Susan is always rude and very inconsiderate it's hard to see this because it takes away from the goodness that the other managers do it doesn't they just have a manager like that and I'm sure it's not by choice of the managing partner Mr Allen he seems very particular about employees staff and managers he's just the one that sticks out from the rest she just extremely rude and has no customer service skills whatsoever if I don't understand why she's in a position that she is and the only reason I hate to do this give the start of one rating for today is just for this visit because she's the one I dealt with right now cuz I really hate to give this location a one-star rating cuz I don't think they need it you need all the help they can get with customer service skills you have good managers in this location how's everything below that's not the the type of food that I'm used to eating at this restaurant the food normally really good but those fries are brown soggy and old as hell I don't think she's capable of handling a restaurant of this magnitude anyway just thought I would let you all know please don't hold it against the tire restaurant. Is this every time I come in and she's here on duty I'll either leave and go somewhere else to eat or try not to interact with her at all ruins your day

I placed my first online order with Whataburger and as a first-time registrant, I got a free burger! I added a bunch of toppings like avocado, cheese, grilled onions, one more patty and grilled jalapeños. I also got a large onion rings, a vanilla iced coffee, and a brownie. When I arrived to pick up my order, a lady handed it to me. At first, I thought the drink was Coke so I asked if it was my iced vanilla coffee. She wasn’t rude or anything but didn’t explain. It would’ve been nice if she confirmed it was the right drink instead of just saying my name. As for the food, the brownie was disappointing. It lacked that sweet rich chocolate flavor. The onion rings were just okay, not something I’d order again. I was too hungry to double check the burger toppings but I did notice they only gave me two spicy ketchups when I asked for three. The biggest surprise? Even with a “free” burger, my total came out to $17.23 because of all the add ons. Whataburger is definitely on the pricey side! Overall, it was a mixed experience. The customization options are great but the small details (like confirming the drink or getting the order right) could be improved.

Came here a while back, good to see it is being remodeled/demolished. Only problem is if your having same personnel good luck. The service here also needs an upgrade in training. You can have a great establishment but if the people are subpar then it will not be a good recipe for a new location. In today's world the way of thinking is different from back in the days. Social media has ruined many employees who think they are more important than to take care of the guest that's actually pays their wages. Missing the days where employees had to work and impress to get hours, now it's a shame to look at the current level of employees thinking we owe them more than what they owe the guest. Whataburger why did you have to sell. It just is not the same anymore. Now someone else gets credit for all the past years.

Ordered 2 #1 with cheese, one with extra onions , the cashier seemed flustered because there was a long line almost to the entrance & she was the only one working. No shortage of staff because that Whataburger had more staff than I’ve ever seen some were having conversations inside as seen by me while I filled up my beverage cup, I was wondering why they weren’t crossed trained so they could help the cashier up front . The cashier didn’t give us a tag plate so the service worker could find our table to serve our food. I kept on the lookout for the server ( which took longer than most other Whataburger with less staff. When she came out I told her the cashier didn’t give us a tag number , she asked “ is it 2 meals 1 with extra onion ? Yes . I noticed my burger as the special and another piece of something wrapped up in a yellow paper , when I opened my burger it didn’t have cheese, but the put it in yellow sheet of paper next to the burger … I took a bite of my burger and it was cold, so I told my spouse My burger isn’t even warm it’s actually cold, “ my too “ so I took both burgers up to have them reheated a very nice employee gracious accepted and warmed it up . His name is ARIMAS .. kudos to him . Later I asked for a bag to go and a asst manager said yes mama, he name is Madison she went to the back as I , she walked around as I watched her …she continued doing nothing just walking around she continued and came up to the front empty handed still walking around … I ASKED AGAIN “ excuse me , but I’m waiting for my paper bag.. She said “ I was going to get it “ and I said I saw you walking around whan I asked “ she walked away ignoring me totally .. I was not being rude . She is young and maybe showing off … I don’t know why she had that attitude . I’ve been manager many times in my lifetime including being a program administer with the state of Texas . I always treated both clients and employees with respect because that is what I learned in college . First customers are always the clients who bring in the money ,second customers are your employees who do the work correctly to keep the business running and both must be respected . I’m almost 70! Years old and I don’t understand todays youth. I also know how to run a business , because before college I worked as assistant manager for Burger King . 1st and last time I visit this Whataburger . Been to the one near my home and that Whataburger is where I’ll...

I’m not the type to ever leave reviews, but at 10:30am today I stopped by this location on Bandera Rd. I was very hesitant because Its not the location I usually go to . Gave it a shot, My order was not a difficult order. I order 2 coffees and a butter chicken biscuit and 4 biscuits. They gave me my order and went on my way. I get home and all they had put in the bag was the coffee. OMG .. I don’t live in the area .but called the restaurant and a woman answered I asked for a manager. She said she was the manager. I was super annoyed because I had to get to work at 11:00 and so the manager apologized. WHAT GOOD DOES THAT DO ME. !! The woman asked what they could do to correct it? I Told her to deliver my order. Since I Had to get to work. She stated she had no one to do the delivery. She offer me a reverse of the order and anything else I wanted. I agreed and asked for replacement of the order and a Number 1. She agreed and asked what time I would go by so she can have the order ready. SO ... I go back to the restaurant and to my surprise, Nobody knew what I was talking about when I told them about the resolution. BUT , they had the biscuits ready. Explained it to two people and they looked at me like I was insane. They said that they don’t have a woman manager. When I was explaining to the woman at the register a all sweaty man with weird eyebrows came to the register. And said he was the manager. How many managers does this store have????? The eyebrow man said that nobody took responsibility to talking to me. I have been a very loyal customer and to get the level of customer service was so frustrating. So I’m late for work and I’m arguing with this eyebrow man!!! Come on people its just Whataburger, Not brain...

on 4/5 i visited this whataburger location and placed 3 different orders. (2 curbside and 1 in store) 2/3 of the orders were completely incorrect. i called to get it rectified and Nick, the store manager, seemed bothered. It immediately upset me and then i had to call regarding my kids meal being wrong too. He nonchalantly lets me know i have to bring the receipts and they’ll remake it. Here i am today, 4/7 and i give both my receipts and not only did they re ring the order in the register wrong but they only brought out 3/4 of my orders. again i call and i was greeted with an attitude. my order was remade wrong for the second time and they kept messing up the same things. nothing was offered for the inconvenience and when i went inside to show the offer there was one nice young man who apologized but nick again gave attitude and in person. i reminded him that we were still an order short, i told him he could verify with the receipt he turns around and grabs a bag and rudely hands it in my direction. It’s also missing fries but at that point i was completely over the lack of professionalism. so all my orders were remade 3 times he didn’t offer the cups for the drinks or the chocolate milk for the inconvenience. i showed him the orders were made wrong (opened up the bags and everything on the front counter) and not an ounce of sympathy from him. that is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. not to mention the man to the left of me was getting his order remade as well and was upset. for me to have spent the time to make a trip back here regarding the mistake made by you all, which happens, okay but to be greeted by a rude manager is not okay at all. horrible representation of the...
